It has wonderful suction which keeps it securely attached to the side of my kitchen sink. This allows it to hold my kitchen sink sponge in exactly the position where I like it to be. Not too high, not too low. Just right. I can now easily reach my kitchen sink sponge. The OXO Good Grips 1057905 Suction Sponge Holder also keeps them out of the bottom of the sink so they don't collect any food remnants from dishes.

It dries towels quickly, and makes them toasty warm. I've used two giant bathsheets from Pottery Barn, which are thick, extremely large towels, folded over several times, and they only become warm in certain places, but they dry much faster than they normally would on their own. When it's two regular or large bath towels, it works even better.The warm rails become a bit hot, so you need to be careful, especially if you have pets that can get close to it. It also warms up the bathroom (being in the North East, that's a plus to me!). Definitely better than not having it. They do require a bit of floor space. We have two - one in the City and one in weekend house in the mountains; it's a lifesaver up there.

The unit was VERY reasonably priced--but perhaps for good reason! The warmer is attractive, large enough for a bath sheet, versatile for floor or wall mount and properly balanced for free-standing use. It warms, but very lightly! In the humid climate of South Florida, we absolutely need something to dry towels for multiple daily showers, but would have preferred it if the towel was warmer. I am not unhappy--just left wanting a wee bit more...

I was excited when I read the great reviews for this product, but I was very dissapointed when I received it. I wanted this because I live in an apartment complex where I have to carry my laundry some distance to the laundry room. I thought it would be great to just be able to wheel it over with this. However, when I tried to put it together out of the box (it requires complete assembly), though it is simple to put together, not one of the small screws that hold the top bars on to the unit fit! All four will go half-way in and no further. Perhaps I got a faulty unit, but I see it falling apart soon because of this. Also, the bag itself seems flimsy.

I was also happy when I read that this rolls quietly, however, they must have been rolling it on carpet because out on the concrete walkway that leads to the laundry room, it is extemely noisy - I ended up carrying anyway so as not to disturb my neighbors. The only thing this unit has going for it is it looks nice and holds a surprisingly large amount of laundry. If you are just using this in your home, it might work well for you, but if you need to take it out to a laundry facility, go with something else.

This clothers hamper on wheels was just what I was looking for. I had just installed a clothesline in our backyard with the intention of line-drying heavier items like towels. Wet towels are heavy!

This hamper is just perfect for my need. I load the wet towels into it from the washing machine in our garage and roll it right out the back door into the yard for hanging.

I had seen the reviews about difficult assembly, but mine went together quite easily and is holding up well so far.

The only drawback for me is the off-white canvas is rather boring -- I had seen a lesser product made with a printed fabric -- but all in all it has been just great.

If you have to do laundry, you might as well look good doing it. The chrome matched my silver jewelry...the bag looked swell with my camel leather boots. This hamper accentuated my cleavage and detracted from my large hips. The chic way it folds up is uber trendy, and the smooth wheels can only be compared to a Bentley. Oh yes, this hamper is for you.

I bought my bed risers about a year ago and while yes, they raise the bed as advertised, I have noticed that they are shedding a reddish dust of some sort. I didn't think much of it until I noticed that one of the risers has left a square red stain on my hard wood floor. I haven't been able to remove it, and I'm not sure why the other posts haven't done the same thing. (They have the reddish dust but have not stained the floor.)

Anyone else have this problem? At the very least I would recommend putting a towel or something between the posts and your floors or carpeting. I've done this now but still have to deal with removing the stain somehow.

THis bed risers were shipped fast and in great condition. I am using them right now and that work great. THey are also of a good hight. I love the sevice and the quality.

These are excellent! I purchased them for my daughter's bed and she had enough space under her bed to put bulky items out of sight. I also purchased these for when my daughter attends college in the Fall. It will give her extra living space in her dorm. I highly recommend the bed risers.

I HATE VACUUMING . . . that is until now, at a very ripe old age, where it has suddenly become effortless, effective, quiet, and it seems the ordeal that vacuuming has been is over, now that I have purchased my wonderful refurbished Harmony Canister Vacuum Model EL6985A!! I love everything about it, and haven't even tried it on the high setting! Yes, it picked everything up on the low setting - and that's no small feat - it's light, follows me around like a little puppy (but looks like a ladybug), I can reach under tables & furniture like nobody's business, the electric cord is long enough for me to vacuum my entire 2 bedroom apartment from one electrical outlet without having to re-plug!, it's quiet enough so that even my cat isn't freaked out (which is truly amazing), the unit is small and lightweight, and I am truly THRILLED. I went to a cannister after all these backbreaking years of an upright vacuum on the advice of a Miele rep on the phone, but spending the kind of money Miele wants for the same action I just got for less than half the price gives me a lot of satisfaction. I bought this refurbished dream machine with a 2 year warranty (!) from www.cpoelectrolux.com. Assembling took all of 2 minutes (!) and I vacuumed my little heart out for the next 30 minutes after my last ridiculous vacuum broke after very little use about 6 weeks ago, and now me and my home feel & look like brand new. BUY THIS VACUUM! A+++++++++!!

1. Packaging very good, all items included, well protected. Arrived in a timely way. Not abused in shipping as is too common.
2. Easy to put together, easy to operate, very nimble around furniture, good power, cord is long enough for 1.5 rooms, attachments work well and are secure to handle, HEPA works very well (tested on drywall dust), bags are surprisingly large for a small unit, aesthetically pleasing, easy to carry (good handle position), not heavy. Only drawback is that frayed edges have a habit of stopping air pressure powered brush head but this is a minor issue as this should be expected with non-electrical brush heads.
3. Very good warranty on refurbs. 2 years.
4. Perfect for a small home/condo/apartment. Not so good for a large home. If you have a huge home, get one of the larger models.
5. The price is excellent.
6. Wife loves the style (big points).
7. It is advertised as quiet - and it is!

My personal opinion: 9.5 out of 10 for its intended purpose, but it is not a shop vac nor will not like 5000 sq ft homes.
This is the best small cannister vac available for the price.

We're very happy with our refurbished Harmony vacuum. It seems well-made and performs as advertised. Very quiet for a vacuum cleaner: when used to clean hardwood floors most of the sound comes from the air rushing into the nozzle around the bristles.
As others have stated, I wouldn't recommend this vacuum to use primarily on carpet. It doesn't have a powered beater brush head. But for hard floors and above floor cleaning it's a champ!

This item is great for high acid foods (fruits), but as a beginner I wasn't aware that you can't use it to put up meats or most veggies. You have to use a Pressure Cooker Style Canner to do them, according to the Ball Cook Book that came with it. I've made a couple cases of Fig Preserves, Strawberry Preserves, and Canned Tomatoes. Very easy to use. The cook book has several recipes that I plan on using.

The idea of using a pressure cooker always scared me. "What if it blows up.", "I can be scarred for life.", "What about kids safety.", etc. When I finally started to look at them, I knew this was it.

I work for a machining company and asked a machinest and an engineer how safe it looks. Then I explained how it worked. They both admit they see nothing wrong with it and deem it very safe if used as directed.

I know this thick anodized aluminum will hold the pressure. It has not two, not four, but SIX locking screws. Screw down simultaneously on opposite sides for a level seal. Plus, it has three locking hooks that stops the lid from blowing off when you undo the screws. Not to mention the rubber pressure gasket in the lid that releases steam if the pressure gets too high. Just be sure to replace it once a year, as rubber deteriates over time.

Because it doesn't use a rubber ring gasget and is metal-to-metal sealed, it can last many life times. The steam valve is regulated with a special metal knob you sit on top of it. It can get hot, or even lost. But don't worry, you can buy a new one. The company will even send you new safety labels free of charge to replace the worn ones on your pot.

Naturally, you have to follow the safety rules like:
* ALWAYS handle a hot pot with kitchen mitts.
* Never fill past half way when cooking veggies or rice that expand. Half way includes any water and extras. For other stuff, 2/3 way is good.
* NEVER pour cold water on it when it is hot, or apply cold wet towels.
* ALWAYS let the pressure gage DROP to zero before you open the pot.
* Open the lid AWAY from you, something you should do with any cooking pot.
* NEVER lift the pot by the lid handle, only by the pot handles.
* There are more: READ THE SAFETY GUIDELINES FIRST!

READ AND FOLLOW ALL THE SAFETY RULES and don't try to over pressure cook your food. You will have fast, safe and delicious cooking experiences for decades.

Sure, you could buy cheaper ones, but I wouldn't put my trust in them. Especially if you have children. I'd go to the moon in this thing.

Addendum 5/19/06:
We pressure cooked two 4lb roast beefs for the first time, then cut it into 1/2" slabs. Those slabs made for a juicy and tender sandwich. Was as easy to chew as the thin sliced roast beef! The tenderness is fantastic.

I didn't cap it off until the water was hot, that's when I started counting the cooking time of 50 minutes. This cooked it fully with no pink in the middle. Next time I am guessing 35 minutes to keep it a little pink. Took about 30 minutes to reach 15 lbs of pressure, and the very instant it reached, the pressure regulator started to whistle. Used a mitt to remove the HOT pressure regulator. Took about 7 minutes for the pressure to reach zero. Best part of all, the whole house didn't smell like food!

We love the pressure cooker so far. We have canned chicken and hamburger and it is great.
