The Over The Toilet Organizer is described as 63" high. The product that was delivered, however, was 74" high. The same erroneous product was delivered TWICE, after first delivering only one shelf of the system (all other parts were missing on the first try). The instructions (both times) were for a "Storage System" that was similar (but not the same as) the Organizer. In all cases, the instructions failed to match the materials provided: the inserts for connecting the legs end-to-end with each other (to attain the full height)are not even shown in the instructions. That is a minor flaw, however, because they also could not be forced into place even with the use of hand tools (Amazon's posted description claims "no tools required.") This is due to poor manufacturing and/or bad quality control: the interior of the legs at their cut ends had large metal burrs that blocked entry of the inserts, and the inserts themselves were too large to fit into the ends of the legs. Following the instructions provided with the unit would also make it impossible to install it over a toilet that is already in contact with a wall: once the lowest shelf (actually an open three-sided frame)has been attached to the legs, one would need to move the toilet tank in order to fit the unit into place. The instructions should instead direct that the unit be built around an existing toilet, which is considerably more difficult without assistance from a second person. Organize Everything, vendor for this Metro product, should drop Metro from its product line, or else be tarred by the incompetence of its vendor. I will never again buy anything from either firm. By the way: I am a mechanical engineer and have successfully built many structures far more complex than this unit. I have also worked in production lines as a quality control inspector. I know junk when I see it.
