What a waste! When I received it, the timing was already off and just kept getting worse. I called the support line and was immediately transferred to voicemail. I also sent an e-mail. That was several days ago, and I still haven't gotten a response! I'm very disappointed that I had to return it-you don't want to buy a machine just to have to return it. A great price for a good machine, which this is not.

This little machine is just what I wanted for a backup sewing machine. It is very light weight (13lbs) and will be very handy to cart around when I leave home. This machine also uses regular metal bobbins, just like my other machine uses. This machine does not have a top drop in bobbin case, which I love. I know of two other friends in my town that have this same machine and love theirs also. I love it and would recommend it to others if you are planning on traveling or just need a quick stitch.

The S05 Quilt 'n' Craft 28 Stitch works great. It was simple to set it up, and it has performed admirably in the making of many quilts (despite the fact that I rarely ever maintain it and have yet to clean the feeder dogs). My only complaint was this machine's neck wasn't quite big enough to accommodate a large quilt sandwich, and the stitch variety (and length), weren't varied enough for me once I grew beyond the beginning stage. The one time I called tech support, I found customer service helpful and informative. 5 Stars.
