As a customer who deals quite frequently with shopping online, I was surprised to note that when I placed an order with your company that was shipped out on Thursday May 11, scheduled for a 3 day delivery, that it did not arrive on Saturday. I initially thought that the $15 extra dollards was a lot to pay for 3 day shipping, but wanted my grandmother to have a joyous mothers day, so I paid it. To my surprise the item did not arrive on Saturday. I called the customer service number to have my extra shippng cost refunded to me, due to the fact that the item was not received within the 3 days, but encountered two of the rudest reps I have ever dealt with in life. They told me that it was unreasonable to expect that when it says three days that it will get there in three days. I was told everything from...we don't count the first day- to we don't deliver on saturdays. WHERE DOES IT SAY THAT ON THE WEBSITE. DONT YOU THINK THAT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO KNOW WHEN YOU ARE PAYING EXTRA FOR SOMETHING TO GET THERE BY A CERTAIN TIME? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM
