Love the product not the cupsI am a big fan of pyrex and was really excited to see such a diverse set for a pretty low price. However I am not at all thrilled with the glass measuring cups. All three of mine constantly spill when I'm trying to pour something out of it and into a bowl or container. It's like the mouth of cup is too small or something. Everytime I use them something spills out and onto the counters. I would have thought pyrex brand would have been much better.
Love It!Before I bought this set, I read others' reviews and based on that I bought it. I love the measuring glass cups. I have one of a different brand and liquid always runs down the side when I'm trying to pour, but with these it doesn't. They work great! I would definitely suggest buying this set.
Great setThe set arrive intact. I love Pyrex. It is very sturdy.

Baking Grandma's BreadAs an amateur bread baker I was looking for some decent pans to replace the old, nearly rusted thrift store pans I always had to line with foil in order to use - generally to cook chicken in. I have a basic white bread recipe passed from my grandma that makes 4 loaves, and I needed something nicer to practice in if I was actually going to eat the results. These pans are Very nice - light colored on the inside they don't make the crust too dark, and they are very heavy & substantial. They are also non-stick, and I imagine I can cook chicken in there too! I originally purchased 2 to test them out, then 2 more to complete my set. The reason I did not give them 5 stars is they are slightly wider than I would like, which seems to prevent the bread from proofing quite as high.
great bread pan!I received this pan and right away I made banana bread in it. I can't believe how heavy it is and the price is great. The bread came right out and baked evenly. I just love it.
Great!I have used this pan for several months and it is wonderful! It cooks evenly and clean up is so easy because nothing sticks to it. Heavy weight pan - highly recommended!

Good Enough to Write AboutI had no expectations when I bought this pan. It has turned out to be the best one I purchased! It's a great pizza baking pan. I follow the directions and am careful not to immerse it in water when I wash it. It has held up for 1 1/2 years and is doing great, still looks brand new.
Purchased 1 @ $10.99. Just ordered 2 more!I thought this heavy weight was a bargain at $10.99. At $7.99 (including free shipping), it's almost obscene. It's also ideal for reheating the 'delivered' pizza that arrives a little less than crispy. I think there will be some happy recipients on my Christmas holiday gift list! Another fine Cuisinart product.
AwesomeThis is, by far, the best add-it-to-my-cart-to-get-free-shipping purchanse I've ever made. The pizzas come out perfect and there's absolutely no sticking.

Very disappointedThe main reason I got this was to make clean-up a lot easier. In all fairness, it is very easy to clean. However, I have used it twice, and both times I used it, it gave off a very strong odor and made my smoke alarms go off. There wasn't any smoke that I could see and nothing was burned. The plastic must give off something that affects the alarm. After it happened the first time, I was too nervous to try it again (the alarm scared my kids), but decided to try again last night. Unfortunately, the alarms went off again, so I am getting rid of this pan.
So far so good.I used it once, and it worked fine. No smoke as mentioned by another reviewer. I found that it cleaned up just as well as a non-stick metal pan. I just hope they don't come out in a few years and say all this silicone is poison like teflon!
Great Pan - Easy to UseI love this pan! I used it for the first time yesterday and it perfomed exactly as I hoped it would. Followed the directions to "oil" the cups - I used PAM - and the muffins just slid out with no problem. Clean up was a breeze and it is ready to go for the next time. The sled keeps the pans from bending and makes it easy to take in and out of the oven. The muffins also looked very professional - no breaks or pieces missing.

Roshco red silicone baking matI own Silpat mats but used my red silicone mat for the first time today. I found that it smelled badly and when heated to 350 degrees in my gas oven it changed colors to a dark cranberry color. It cleaned up nicely and in minutes, but it really smelled. I would like to know what other owners have to say about the smell of their silicome baking ware. I rated this product a 3 for its ease of use and easy clean-up, but the smell downgrades it to a 1 or 2 star rating for me. I will give it another try and see if the smell goes away with future use.
Use it as a toaster oven matThe red and blue colors are as depicted. On another website, they were selling silicone mats for the toaster oven, microwave and regular oven for a much higher price for essentially this same product. I use this on the Delongi toaster oven to catch the stuff that magically appears on the bottom. I do take it out if I broil though and place foil instead. It's easy to clean and so far, durable. I hand wash it versus putting it in the dishwasher. I hope they will manufacture a large round one (maybe for pizza pans???) so I can put it in my microwave.

Excellent, heavy-weight and deep; however....keep in mind that 'non-stick' bakeware generally has a darker finish. This pan is no exception and is darker than the highly rated Cuisinart non-stick pizza pan. You will need to experiment a bit with baking temps and times so as not to scorch your deep-dish pie.
One other disadvantage is the small rolled lip. This makes it difficult to 'flute' your crust. Still, this is one of the better ones and is certainly offered at an affordable price. I bought 2 with no regrets.

Extremely Happy With Pie PanI used my Cuisinart pie pan to make a pecan pie for Christmas. This particular pie always gave me sticking problems with my old Pyrex pie dish. The pecan pie was beautiful in the new pan, and each piece came out neat and clean. Cleanup was very easy. I made a quiche for New Years with equally great results. Neither the pie nor the quiche was "deep-dish", but the crust was easy to roll into an attractive edge about an inch below the top of the pan. I couildn't be happier.
Excellent Pie PanI just received my pie pan and I love it. It is heavy duty and very well constructed and very deep -- don't have to worry about spill overs. Have never been able to really find a "deep pie pan" and this is exactly what I wanted. Now that I see what a great pan it is I wish I had ordered at least 3 or 4 at the fantastic price of $5.99. This was definitely the best bargain I've gotten.

Great for a every cook!I bought a set of 4 pieces (square pan, 2 round pans, loaf) and was hesitant about using them despite the comments that it was safe. The first cake I bake turned out wonderfully. The material is sturdy and maintains its form with whatever you put in it; everything cooks evenly, and when you take it out of the oven its cool to the touch plus it is extremely easy to remove whatever you're cooking from the cookware!! You can also use these to make cold desserts/foods! I absolutely love this!!! Its a plus that it comes in pretty colors-- so it looks good on the inside with your food and on the outside too!.
Throw Out Your Metal BakewareI think I saw silicone bakeware for the first time on Jacque Torres's PBS show "Dessert Circus" in the mid-90s I did some research and it was quite expensive back then.
Then while watching the Food Netowrk silpats started appearing everywhere. However, I think Marhta Stewart was first to introduce them to TV. I was given two as a present and, yes, they work as advertised.
But I didn't think much of the silicone bakeware until I saw a KitchenAid muffin pan on sale at HomeGoods. I figured for eight bucks, I could take a chance. Anyway, my muffins and biscuits (I've always made mine in a muffin pan) popped right out and were beautifully brown. So I invested in a full set.
For all intents and purposes, these are truly non-stick. The only time I have had problems is when I tried to turn something out not completely cooked through. Then the baked good spilts in the center with the top on the cooling rack and the bottom still in the pan. If the item has retracted from the sides of the pan, like it should, you won't have a problem.
Also keep in mind these are great for frozen desserts too. Make an icecream cake in the bundt pan or a semifredo (sic?) in the loaf pan. Just prress down and sort of peel the pan away from the item.
They are also a snap to clean. You can throw them in the dishwasher or just rinse them out.

Better than metalI baked two loaves of pumpkin bread, one in my new silicone loaf pan, the other in a metal loaf pan. The silicone one came out so much better, and was so much easier to remove. A little cooking spray before adding the batter and it slipped right out! I will definitely add more silicone to my baking collection.

well???this product is not what I expected. I was hoping that my daughter would like to help me bake...... well she was afraid to touch the mat, especiall when my fingers were burned by it. I did't like how it worked.
excellent buy for the pricevery good product, easy to clean, discolor a bit after a couple of usages but has no effect on the performance of the mat, still works great
silicone baking matI absolutely love this product. It is very easy to use and clean. Food wont stick to the pan any longer, which makes my life so much easier.
