Kitchenaid blue silicone muffin pan w/sledNot entirely non-stick. Had a mess with banana muffins. Sled is a real help.
good new technologyThe Good: even heating & I have yet to burn anything even the edges, the muffins came out pretty easily as long as I gave a few minutes of cooling time (tempting not to since you want to bake batch #2 asap), moderately priced, easy cleanup, flexible & lightweight for storage.
The Bad: be careful...silicone is super-flexible material, so it would be easy to spill if you didn't support the pan from both ends properly. I can't comment on if the sled helps because I got mine before the sled came out.
Overall: I strongly recommend to anyone who is willing to try something a little different and who wants to make good, harder-to-burn muffins. This is a good product for bakers willing to give this a chance.
No comment as to duration of abuse this will handle since I've only had it for a few months.

Love itI have had my pan for about 3 weeks and I love it. I have not had a bad experience yet! I bake a batch of muffins almost every morning and they always come out just perfect. I have the sled with mine and I recommend it highly. I think anyone who doesn't have the sled would find they enjoy their pan much better with it.

excellent value for priceThis sauce pan does the job, has even heat distribution, and is easy to clean. The price here on Amazon, especially when there is a special price, is quite good. Much less than the equivalent all-clad. It's moderately heavy.

Really fun gadget to have in your "bag of tricks"A serious foodie that has been perfecting her cooking skills for the last 25 years in her home kitchen writes this review. My favorite cookbooks are "The Professional Chef" by the Culinary Institute of America and "Culinary Artistry". If you love to cook and entertain, this is a great item to have in your arsenal, I love mine.
After I read the book "Amuse Bouche" I knew that I needed one of these little gadgets to add to my collection. When I received this I was pleasantly surprised to find that it had more applications than I knew about.
You can use this device to make an espuma, gourmet sauces or flavored cream in a flash. An espuma is a foam prepared from a puree, coulis, cream, or juice. If you are trying to cut back on the fat this tool can be a big help. I like the Pineapple Espuma that is pineapple juice thickened with gelatin and a little powdered sugar. It makes a nice light treat that I use as a bed for mango chunks. Now fruit for dessert doesn't seem so much like deprivation.
You can also take a warm strained sauce and foam that. The booklet that comes with the device has recipes for a Curry Sauce and for Hollandaise. Any strained sauce would work. To keep the sauce warm you place the whipper in a 165-degree bain-marie.
If you want a decadent treat to top your coffee try this one. Heavy cream, a little powdered sugar and some caramel syrup. We did this one night and everyone raved.
For really fluffy chocolate mousse put the prepared mousse in this and see what happens. You get the fluffiest chocolate mousse you have ever put in your mouth.
If you are trying to reduce the additives and preservatives that your family consumes this makes a wonderful plain whipped cream. My husband likes it when I add cocoa powder and make him chocolate whipped cream.
If you are one of those people that love a good kitchen gadget give this one a try. I have really enjoyed playing with it. Just by adding a little "gas" to my cooking suddenly everyone thinks that I am a culinary genius.

a disposable toaster?I've had this model for less than a year. It burns things every second or third time you use it, the cancel button doesn't function so you have to unplug it to stop the burning process...it's useless. The last toaster I had was a Toastmaster that lasted from 1939 (a wedding present to my parents) to 2005, so I'm extremely disappointed with my choice of replacement!
Looks great on the counter but.....I bought this toaster because of it's looks. I wanted something I could leave out that would look ok. I had it for about 5 months before it broke. The toast will no longer pop up. You have to unplug it to get the toast up. I would not buy this toaster again no matter how great it looks on my counter.
Pretty Fancy Not sure what all the buttons doPurchased the brushed stainless version at Costco for $19.99 + tax. It definately looks nice on the counter. Other colors available were white and red. I am not sure what the warm or bagel buttons do but I haven't spent a lot of time pushing these buttons. You might find the blue led button, which is always on a bit annoying. It does toast unevenly. The inside elements brown more than the outside elements. I don't mind the uneven toasting that much. Crumb catcher works seems good at keeping crumbs off the counter.

Grilling necessityMy husband loves this brush and baster and will no longer use a regular basting brush when he barbeques. It makes me laugh though when he says: "Where is that blue what-is-called-again thing that I use to spread the olive oil on the food?" He can't live without it!

The worst can opener I ever boughtOpenning a dog food can is nearly impossible without at least 6 or 7 tries to get the blade to catch. I bought it; I regret the purchase; I threw it out. This really hurts the cuisinart image.
Easily the worst can opener I've ever ownedYou're definitely paying extra for the Cuisinart name, and I'm suprised they'd put it on something so poorly designed. I was expecting more given their reputation. It's plastic, light, and not very stable. It's VERY difficult to get the can to mesh with the cutter blade ... it usually takes me three tries. The cutter arm is held on with a tiny T-shaped piece of plastic that splits easily (ask me how I know). And to top it all off, it yanks the top up and splashes food around when it's done. Don't bother ... I wish I hadn't. I feel like I've been taken.
What a Disappointment...1. It is PLASTIC, Cuisinart never advertised this as plastic, it has a great chrome color but plastic...boo...looks cheap
2. The Can Opener SPLATTERS way too much, what a mess.
3. Great Height and Color
Improvements are definitely needed.I'm so disappointed in Cuisinart, they used to provide quality products. This is not a quality product.

I have to say this looks like a very nice Roaster, and the reviews seem to be good...
But if any of you have had this experiance, please let me know?
Thank You...
No way would this hold a 25lb turkey!I gave this 3 stars because it is a very nice roasting pan (especially for the money, what a deal) - great non-stick (which I prefer for ease of clean-up vs. having the deglazed bits you can get from a regular pan for gravy, that's just not worth the clean-up hassle to me), very sturdy, high domed lid, strong handles, and it really is beautiful (not that I'm putting it on my coffee table, but it does make for a nice presentation when you pull it from the oven). However, I cannot see how a 25lb turkey would possibly fit in this pan - at least not without being smushed up against all the sides, which would mean that nothing would brown or crisp at all. I cooked a 17lb bird, and frankly, I don't think I could go much larger in this pan. Great pan if you don't need it for it's "Extra Large" size, just know that if that's why you're choosing this one . . . you might want to keep looking!
Safety Czarina re roasterSuperb roaster when referring to outcome of turkey (23 lbs). The turkey was moist and evenly cooked. I am giving this item only 4 stars though because of the position of the handles and the burn potential, especially when dealing with the too short handles of the rack and at the same time trying to avoid the very hot handles of the roaster ..I did get burned when loosening the legs part way through the roasting process. The handles of the rack need to be longer as are the ones on a rack I purchased last year. I have a large oven, yet the roaster just fit because the handles are somewhat horizonal instead of upright.
