One of the best from the lineI have many of the items from the Multiclad line and this is one of the best pieces. For making small amounts of food, this saucier is awesome. If you have the matching top, it's even better. And the price is great.
Practical!This is not the most beautiful pan in the world, but it is extremely practical. It is not too heavy to hold when full, is large enough for most dishes you will prepare, and is easy to clean. I use this pan all the time.
A great little saute/sauce panI have this pan and I love it. It is small but perfect for making small orders of tomato sauce, gravies, sauted garlic in olive oil, stewed fruit, etc. There are many uses for it, and it cooks great. No hot spots, burns, etc. Cleans up easily. The lid that goes with the Multiclad 2 Qt. Saute pan also fits this pan. I think is is a good value for the money, and every bit as good as All-Clad.

THE kitchen essentialThis pot is a perfect medium-sized saucepan. The double handles are a great feature. We use it at least once a day in our kitchen. The non-stick surface is extremely durable, although I'm not sure I would use metal utensils with it. I use a blue scrub sponge to clean it. I'm not sure I would use the more abrasive, green 3M pads. Overall a very durable, high-quality cooking utensil. In fact I'm back here today to buy one for a friend.
good potThis good pot gives even heating and has great nonstick qualities; the double handles are wonderful when this pot is full. the only things wich keep me from giving it a 5 star rating are that the handle and lid handle tend to heat up. the lid handle more so than the pot handle. So I have to use a pot holder when I remove the lid or remove the pot from the stove, big deal!
Very SturdyI love this pot and use it all the time. I've used metal cooking utensils with it that didn't seem to harm the pot at all. I've also put it in the dishwasher innumerable times without it recieving any extra wear. It's cleans extremely easily. Nothing has ever gotten stuck on the surface; even things like burnt beans, soup, or potatos come right off without hard scrubbing. The lid handle definitely does get hot, but just using a pot holder or dish towel alleviates the "problem." A must-have if there will ever be any boiling in your dinners' futures!

what a messWell, I'm all for easy clean-up & new technology but this one just didn't work for me. Let me say that I do own the muffin pan - which I love. This pan is another story. I thought the cake was done but when I took it out of the pan, it was not. I even used the tried & true toothpick method to insure the doneness (?) of the cake. Also, removing the cake from the pan is definitely a two-person task. I tried going it alone & wound up with the cake in many, many pieces. It would be impossible to get this cake into the oven if it were not on a cookie sheet or something similiar. At least the muffin pan offers a sled to aid you.
performed better than expectedMy sister got me interested in silicon baking pans. At first I felt anything that was THAT GOOD was probably unhealthy. (along the line of "how much teflon have I eaten over the years?" where does the teflon chip TO? ..my innards- ugh!"
First I got a blue silicon pan at a grocery store. It worked, and I didnt appear to be "eating silicon" but it stained terribly when anything was baked on to it.
Next I tried this pan...and Wow!! Doesnt really stain- even though I have burnt a good number of food products in it. It was at least twice as heavy as the blue item, and therefore easier to work with. The red is VERY attractive (how shallow can I be, caring about colors of pans? heh heh) and turning out cooked items is almost like a miracle - flip- and Whooomp! There it is.
I am knowledgeable enough about cooking to know not to take baked goods out before they are thoroughly cooked- so that was never a problem....and even when I OVERbaked....it wasnt a problem either, as items seemed less willing to burn at the edges. (which just may be my perception...but hey! my perception is what I work with)
The reason it didnt get a 5 was because after one single incident of serious boiling-over-and-burning-on-the-edges-of-scalloped potatoes, I was left with a teensy rim stain, the size of a "couple of dots" - and 5 means "perfect". I would give this item a 4.9 if I could, its that good.

Worked WellI develop pound cake recipes and have always used metal pans. I bought this pan on a whim from Target. It works very well. I use a flour-based baking spray and my cakes brown very well and cook evenly, with a full crust. I have used this pan numerous times and each time the cakes received rave reviews. Because of the flexibility of this pan, use care when placing the pan with batter into the oven. I have not had any issues with this pan, but I have been careful. I love it!

(1) The drip tray at the back of the unit - where the condensation is supposed too drip to when/while cooking and after you open the lid - was broken. I emailed "As-seen-on-TV" and they responded by saying they had contacted the manufacturer and were going to wait to see what they (i.e., the manufacturer) can do/will advise. Why they cannot just send me a new/replacement drip tray is beyond me;
(2) The square turning stem that comes off the roller wheels and joins into the unit - as the cooking time goes on, it seems this stem "unscrews" itself from the units motor turning assembly resulting in the roller wheel assembly no longer "turning" the dogs. Synopsis: I found that I had to occasionally "push the roller assembly back into the units motor stem connector with the plastic tongs. And by the by, the plastic tongs melted somewhat where I used them to push the roller assembly into the connector; couldn't use a metal utensil as the instructions say not to use metal to touch the rollers as may give off an electric shock.
