KitchenAid Review not good for browning
This pan takes forever to heat up. Everything else about the pan is fine, but if you want to saute something quickly, forget it. I find that feature very frustrating. Even pancakes wouldn't brown well and were doughy in the middle. I gave the pan away and bought a Cuisinart.

KitchenAid Review Not what I expected!
First of all I have to say that I love Kitchen-aid.I bought this item just last week and I was very excited to bake in something I didn't have to grease.I baked a cake and followed all the instructions and let the cake cool completely before unmolding it,I was extremely dissapointed to see my cake fall apart and half of it stuck to the mold.I'm going to return it and will never buy another silicone mold from Kitchen-aid.This is the second silicone mold I try,the first one being that infomercial one.I think I'll stick to the old fashion way baking.

KitchenAid Review Strange, but it worked fine
I used this pan to make an angel food cake. While it was strange to "peel back" the pan from the cake instead of taking the pan apart (which is what you do for a traditional angel food cake pan), the cake came out of the pan just fine. I did have to run a knife along the side of the pan, but you have to do that with any angel food cake.

KitchenAid Review What a piece of crap
This is the worst pan I have ever had. We love mini muffins and have had Wilton and other pans. They are hard to clean so I thought I would buy this one and cleaning would be a snap.

1st. The silicone smell was horrible.
2nd. The pan warped in oven. I used the sled it came with and followed directions
3rd. I washed in hot soapy water 3 times and still muffin residue
4th. The muffins did not come out. I used spray I waited until cool and still they stuck.

I will never buy silicone anything. Don't waiste your money.

KitchenAid Review Where has this pan been all my life?!
Wow! Did we ever need this years ago!!! Goodbye to those metal muffin pans that rust after a year and are a real pain to clean up! Up until trying this silicone pan, the only thing I had found that was easy to clean, baked muffins without burning and lasted more than a year was a very well made but expensive stone muffin pan! I still love my stone muffin pan but this silicone pan will most likely out number my stone one. What a great invention-- why didn't someone think of this pan 10 years ago!!!
This pan is so easy to clean up- just use soap and water- maybe lightly with a brush- but that is all! I had reservations about the baking ability of the silicone Kitchenaid pan- but then I tried it. I am glad to report that none of my muffins came out burnt on the bottom or hard and crispy on top. They came out perfect- lightly browned and moist in the middle!
I am convinced that the only reason everyone does not own one of these is because they either haven't heard of them yet or because they are a bit pricey! But shopping on Amazon, you will always find great deals! Just keep your eyes on these, buy one when you see it at the right price and you will be enjoying baking muffins again!!!!!

    KitchenAid Review Kitchenaid Silicone Bakeware
I did not have any problem with this silicone bakeware. It was wonderful. I followed the directions, sprayed lightly, baked, everything was absolutely perfect, and came out of the silicone bakeware like a dream (they advise that you let the food cool completely before trying to remove). Everything I cooked in each of my Kitchenaid silicone wares was fantastic and there was no silicone/plastic smell.

KitchenAid Review You'll Love This Tool
Kitchenaid's meat tenderizer is perfectly balanced making it's hefty weight work for you not against you. I've enjoyed mine so much, this one is for my Dad who has discovered the joy of cooking. Tools really do make the difference. If you don't have one yet, or opted for a cheaper brand, make sure you add this to your repetoire of tools and gadgets. You'll be glad you did.
