Circulon is a great line of pots and pans. They cook evenly and clean up easy. A must have for every kitchen.

You'll never go back to dragging a full pot of boiling water over to the sink, dumping it into a colander, and hoping you don't splash it on yourself/the counter/the child who just wandered into the kitchen/etc. There are plenty of similar pasta pots, and any of them will do, but if you already have a Circulon stockpot, this insert fits right into it (saves shelf space!), and it's sturdy and well-made. It's bigger than most pasta pots, too - it will easily hold 2 pounds or more of pasta, with plenty of room for water to circulate.

I use it for making stock as well as cooking pasta. I put the vegetables in the insert, and when it's time to strain, I just lift them out in the insert - no digging around with a slotting spoon and no pouring several gallons of hot stock through a strainer into another huge pot.

I've had one of these griddles for more than five years. It gets heavy use weekly, mainly for pancakes and grilled sandwiches. The secret to this non-stick surface is pre-heating. For instance, if you pour pancake batter onto the griddle, and then heat it up, the batter will stick in the grooves. If, however, the surface is up to cooking temperature (about medium on most stoves), the surface is like magic. We take this griddle with us when we travel, and even use it on the Coleman double-burner camp stove. On more than one occasion, while using the Coleman stove, I accidentally let the griddle get too hot. I realized it was too hot when the pancake batter started bubbling immediately. It was so hot I melted the spatula getting the pakcakes off! This rough treatment didn't faze the surface, though. Cleanup has always been easy. For pancakes, I just wipe it off with a paper towel and hang it back on the hook for next time. After cooking greasy foods, a little dish soap, a wash towel, and water is all that's ever been required. Take (reasonable) care of this griddle, and it will take care of you.

We just got our new stove top installed this week and one of the reasons we went out a got a set of Circulon pots and pans was because this double burner griddle fits perfectly on our new stove top. I figured this would make cooking bacon a lot easier, but I was really surprised and impressed by how quickly I got it to turn out perfect. How much credit goes to the stove and how much to this Circulon griddle I cannot say, but the two sure seem to be working out great in tandem. I still prefer to make my eggs in a separate pan, because it is easier for me to add all the odds and ends I like to throw in when I am scrambling, but this griddle also makes doing hamburgers and French toast a lot easier. I also like the spout on one corner that allows me to drain the grease with ease (into glass jars, of course, and not into the sink and down the drain, which would be wrong). However, I cannot use my griddle as a roasting pan because it is too big for my stove, but that is okay because I like the Circulon roasting pan I already have, with its built in rack. Because the griddle fits perfectly on the top of our stove top I do not have any problems with the handles getting hot, but certainly this is not going to fit everybody's stove, so take that into consideration. Having it "almost" fit would drive me crazy too, so check that out before hand. There are some relatively easy precautions you can take to help preserve your Circulon products, such as avoiding using metal utensils and hand washing them, but they seem a small price to pay for making cooking faster and easier.

I use this griddle every weekend for pancakes and such. Very heavy and the cirulon non-stick pattern on the griddle really works! I hardly ever use the handles except to put it on or take it off, but the plastic is holding up fine. The circulon pattern allows me to cook pancakes without adding butter to the pan. The little ridges seem to almost float the cooking item above them and there is virtually no stick with anything. However, that same pattern is a little more difficult to clean up later for the same reason. I use a soft brush after soaking, seems to work fine. I have had it for almost a year and its holding up great. Keep in mind it is heavy and gradual preheating is the trick. Also, make sure your stove has the room. Mine just fits. Oh, and if it were 1-1/2 inches wider, it would be perfect.

This range of cookware is a dreadful waste of money, is does not matter how you follow the care instructions, the nature of the circular design means that if you give these pans any more than the kind of wipe you would give a new born babies bottom, the surface will come off. I followed the instructions to the letter, I spent hours of wasted time trying to get them to work, thinking it was may fault and trying to come up with solutions. I eventually bought a specialised "anodized" pan cleaner by astonish (nothing wrong with the cleaner, my Sister uses it on her anodized pans, it works a treat for her but she has a different make of pan). Nothing worked, in 6 months the coating had gone from all the pans, except the milk pan which i had never used but which gave a good comparison.
The company will not want to know, it doesn't matter if you are honest, I was but they stated I must have mistreated the pans and the wear and tear was my own fault. The Gaurantee is as rubbish as the pans, the people who praise thes pans must have personal Chefs! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH ON THESE TERRIBLE PANS! 1 star because they are rubbish and the company or their agents treat customers with contempt and very shoddily! If the software would allow me to give them NO STARS I would!

We have had a twelve-piece set of Circulon for four years now and couldn't be happier. I cook (badly) with them and am always amazed at how ridiculously easy they are to clean. Everything wipes away with water and cloth. My wife is an avid cook and really puts them through their paces, but they are still perfect after all these years. The skillets, which often get used multiple times in a day, show carbon deposits on the steel rivets, but still have a flawless surface. Some of the pieces could literally go into a box and be returned to the store. I can't imagine when we would ever have to replace these, but if we did it wouldn't require any research this time; I'd just buy another set.

All that I have to say is that I bought this set about 1 year ago and I love it. Nothing sticks to them. I make my own pasta sauce and with other pots it would burn to the bottom and I would have to throw them away. Not with these pots and pans.

I've gone thru TWO Circulon skillets and they are great when they are new, but the nonstick quality fades after a few months. If you are a serious cook, spend a bit more and invest in higher quality nonstick cookware that will last. I switched to AllClad nonstick and am very pleased (so far).

I've got a Circulon set I've used for a couple of years. I began collecting individual inexpensive pieces several years ago because I liked their looks and the ones I had worked well - the non-stick coating and the ridges are great!
So far, every one of my 20 or so pieces has held up very well, no peeling or sticking, and I've been very happy with my Circulon and it's durability and looks. I ordered this skillet because my family wanted a size between my smaller 9" and larger 12". I'm happy with it and would give it 5 stars if only the sides were a little higher - I have been using an old iron 10-1/2" skillet and like the depth for cooking one pan meals. This skillet is shallower and won't hold as much, so it is definitely just a "skillet" for frying. You'll need one of the other pieces for one pan meals.

I simply won't purchase or use another product than Circulon...I have to speak UP! I read a review here from a person who stated that this product does not hold up to use and wears out quickly. I don't know what they are doing to their pans, but be assured, they simply do not wear out without extremely abusive use! I have had these pans for nearly 10 years, and though they look used and worn, they just work..there is no sticking and they heat evenly. I love them now as much as I did when I bought them. You won't be disappointed in the product, and it is priced in a range that most people can afford. I have a piece of circulon in almost every size they make, and I will keep buying them because they are simply the most functional, and decent priced pans on the market. With a little care these pans will last you a long, long time. I am old enough to remember scrubbing and scrubbing on stainless steel pans, so I am really spoiled with these wonderful nonstick LONGLASTING pans!

This could definately be a bit cheaper. It's not a dutch oven, so you can't put it in the oven - for stovetop use only. So for that, it works perfectly. It has a good volume so you can make large quantities of pasta or make soups and broths. It's extremely easy to clean and the lid fits nicely. The list price is absurd and 40 is even a little high. Either drop the price a bit more, or make it ovensafe.

Recently purchased the Circulon Classic 12 qt. covered stockpot.
After having purchased a wide variety of stockpots, I find this particular one a great buy. I mainly purchased this pot to cook my meatball/crab sauce. I usually cook a lot at one time, so I needed a large pot with a lid so that the ingredients would not boil over the top. I find the shape of the pot along with the high dome lid exceptional. I also have to mention that I cook on a glass top electric range. This pot stays put.

It does not slide all over the place like my other pots do. I like it so much I am ordering the 12qt pot for my son who also loves to cook. The price of the stock pot was well within my budget. Fantastic buy. I would recommend this pot to everyone.

Excellent non-stick pan. I have many different popular brands, but this is the one I will use the most.

I can make eggs without any butter with this pan it's great! The eggs just slide around on the pan. I would recommend this pan to anyone!

I paid only $8.00 for this pan which was a steal. I certainly didn't need it but I could not pass it up and I needed something cheap to bring my order to $25 for free shipping. Well, it turns out that it is an amazing little skillet. I love it. I use it everyday to make my morning oatmeal (with the lid from the Calaphlon 9" chef's skillet which fits it perfectly). Absolutely nothing sticks. The oatmeal residue simply dries up and lifts off. Absolutely no scrubbing required. I have also used it to make scrambled eggs with cheese. Again, absolutely no sticking. Also the depth of the pan makes it useful for boiling small quantities of vegetables, potatoes, and so on.
