This processor has done a great job in the two months that we've had it. Our first test was a block of sharp cheddar - which it completely shreaded in about 3-4 seconds. A softer cheese (such as Italian) takes a little longer, but still incredibly quick at about 6-8 seconds.

It does a great job with everything we have put in to it, but occasionally it still leaves just a little bit of unblended food at the top. No where near the amount from other processors we've tried, but a little none the less.

I would recommend this - it's been a great tool for our kitchen!

I have Cuisinart DLC-2011 Prep 11 Plus Food Processor for about a year and i wouldn't even think that i could use it so much. I've got additional discs and i can do anything. It's fast, it's reliable, it's really helpfull. I would probably ish to have a bigger size, but this one is ok and i didn't want to spend more. I've spent the difference in price on discs and discs holder.

P.s. The disc for french fries doesn't work for frech fries, but it cuts real nucely for home fries and soop.

I haven't used it many times, but so far I find it very good. I have had a Cuisinart food processor before and find this one a little easier to use. It is very sleek looking!

I have a stainless steel calphalon 12 qt. sauce pot. The pot works great; however, the lid needs improving. I dropped the lid while washing the set and it fell to the floor. It shattered like you wouldn't believe. The fragments were small as crumbs. What was so surprising is that it fell to a section of the floor covered by carpet first and then bounced onto the tile causing it to shatter. I've had Corning fall and hit against another piece of glass and it has remained in tact. I was disappointingly surprised of the extent of this tragedy. Be careful when handling the glass lid!

I bought two of these 10-inch and two 12-inch to use with the Calphalon 10 and 12 inch omelette pans I had previously bought. Inexplicably, these lids are about an eighth of an inch too large in diameter to fit the omelette pans. The packaging that came with the covers explicitly says they are made for the 10 and 12 inch omelette pans (among other pans), but they are just slightly too big. I tried the 10 inch cover on some of the other Calphalon pots I own and the covers are just slightly too big for these pots as well. I was very disappointed and had to pack them up and return them to Target by mail this morning.

Personally, I like the tight fit of the pan lids. If you follow the directions from Calphalon, you will heat up the pan prior to adding your food. The lids fit wonderfully on the hard anodized pans once the pan is at the proper cooking temperature and makes a great seal. I use the 12" saute pan to fry potatoes and it does it in half the time, browns the potatoes while they are cooking/softening, and uses very little oil to do the job. I never thought I would have such a great helper in the kitchen!

You can probably live your entire life and never have an acute need for a Casa Moda S'mores maker. Given a choice, I'd rather go outside and do up the marshmallows on sticks by a campfire (no sticky clean-up!), but for those instances when you've got a bunch of kids together for a sleepover or something this little gadget is great.

Quality wise, it is assembled from heavy ceramic that should be durable and from which it is a cinch to clean off the aforementioned sticky marshmallow and chocolate mess. The metal grill and internal burner are a bit more difficult to scrub, however.

The 2.6 oz. fuel cans are difficult to find (thanks to the reviewer that helped out on this one) but in a pinch I used a tablespoon of Sterno from a 7oz can scooped into a little steel cup, which I placed in the burner. Worked great!

The kids *love* this thing, just be sure to supervise them when they are using it, as burning marshmallows are a definite fire hazard!

Great for college kids. 2.6 pz chafing fuel is sold at Kroger under the brand name of sterno. I was in the household items.

I had the same problem when I purchased a similar product. Great idea, but hard to come by the fuel. If you go to [...], they make the 2.6 oz chafing fuel and you can click on a list of places that sell there products. You should also call ahead to make sure that they have that size in stock. I hope this works for you, it did for me.

It would be nice if I could find 2.6 oz canned chafing fuel to use with item. I'd like to test it out, but have searched high and low for the fuel!!! Can anyone help?
