JunkI bought a Farberware Kettle. The boiled water had black specs in it. No amount of cleaning ever made it come out with water as clean as went into it.
OK KettleFor the price of about $12 I received very good value. My biggest complaint is it is hard to fill. I am suspect about the longevity of the spring loaded spout-opening mechanism, but that is yet to be seen. It does smudge easily and since I keep mine on the stove it must be washed after each usage, which I'm not crazy about. Again, it's easy to find fault. All in all the kettle is definately worth the low price.
Great TeakettleThis was a great teakettle for a very low price. The quality is very good. Throw away that old one and get yourself a new one!
