Not entirely non-stick. Had a mess with banana muffins. Sled is a real help.

The Good: even heating & I have yet to burn anything even the edges, the muffins came out pretty easily as long as I gave a few minutes of cooling time (tempting not to since you want to bake batch #2 asap), moderately priced, easy cleanup, flexible & lightweight for storage.
The Bad: be careful...silicone is super-flexible material, so it would be easy to spill if you didn't support the pan from both ends properly. I can't comment on if the sled helps because I got mine before the sled came out.
Overall: I strongly recommend to anyone who is willing to try something a little different and who wants to make good, harder-to-burn muffins. This is a good product for bakers willing to give this a chance.
No comment as to duration of abuse this will handle since I've only had it for a few months.

I have had my pan for about 3 weeks and I love it. I have not had a bad experience yet! I bake a batch of muffins almost every morning and they always come out just perfect. I have the sled with mine and I recommend it highly. I think anyone who doesn't have the sled would find they enjoy their pan much better with it.

I received this food processor for my birthday a week ago and I can't say enough good things about it. It is so powerful. It is so stylish and, unlike the Cuisinart, it comes with a mini chopper bowl and a chef's bowl, along with an assortment of blades and graters. I have used it every day, often several times a day. It can do so much. I also bought a couple of food processor books to give me even more ways to use it and I highly recommend The Food Processor Bible. The Stew Italiano from that book is great!

To the point: this is a fantastic bake set regardless of what you might pay for one. It took batter and turned it into a taste delight. Nothing stuck. The results were perfect. The sizes are perfect for my use. I cannot wait to get the muffin pans and see how well they work. One caution. Please make sure you allow for the dark color of the pans. You might want to reduce your baking time by 5 minutes or lower the temp by 25 degrees. I won't bore you with more platitudes, just think positive and you have the whole set.

I bought the Kitchenaid bakeware set 1 1/2 years ago. It has been used hard and put away wet, yet after many uses, I am still very pleased. The pans are durable, hefty and breeze through the dishwasher. The round pans have a crisp edge and smooth finish making a cake that plates perfectly for frosting stacked layers. The oblong pan is at ease baking and roasting and the loaf pans are a extra sized which makes a whopping big loaf of bread without running over. The handles are a real advantage in grasping the pan for removal without getting your thumb or the potholder on the edge of the cake and squashing it!
