I loved this grill. It has high edges which keeps any liquid within the pan and the grill marks are nice. Cooks quickly also and easy to clean.

Like 7 of the 8 other reviews, this product broke with no way to repair it. For the price and apparent sturdiness, it is just one big failure and is to be avoided.

Unlike the other reviewers, my Kitchenaid cork screw worked fine for almost two years. It never quite pulled the cork far enough out of the bottle to suit me -- it didn't make cork pulling labor-free -- but I found it much easier than any previous such tool I ever owned. Alas, as in many of the other reviews, the screw finally broke off in a cork and the device seems irreparable. A cheap plastic cork screw had to be called into service. I just visited the Kitchenaid web page and they don't offer a cork screw for sale anymore. I presume that I will soon toss mine as well. Planning to buy one of these for $30? Clint would ask you: Do you feel lucky?

Like other reviews, the screw broke after six times. The screw pulled out of the base which holds the screw. I filled the base with Gorilla Glue, then let it set up for 24 hours. The cork screw has held up for at least 60 times so far and is the best working and easiest cork screw I have ever used. I think KitchenAid should fix this problem.

Have a Kitchen Aid Heavy duty mixer. Love it.but am disappointed in the flat beater. The enamel or covering is breaking and peeling off. This mixer is used often,but never abused. Wanted to comment as I contemplate purchasing a new beater.

I, like others, bought this brush on the reputation of the KitchenAid name. It is the only KitchenAid item I've ever bought that I was disappointed with. It is truly not worthy of the KitchenAid name. A very flimsy brush that disappoints from the first use.

My yellow Kitchenaid baster brush bristles melted the first time I used it. I was so chagrined and inexperienced with cooking that I thought I did something wrong, so I was afraid to send it in for a replacement.

Granted I only paid about $9.00 tax included for this product. But when it disintegrates before your eyes when basting a simple ham, one wonders if KitchenAid is playing us for fools. It dissolved to nothing on the very first use. I will buy the silicone brush from QVC as recommended by a previous reviewer.
I gave it two stars for the look (very attractive) not for function.

I bought this model in the satin pink last year after admiring my friend's Artisan the year before. I didn't realise there was more than one model of KitchenAid stand mixers and decided upon the Accolade rather than the Artisan. I took note of the several reviews and was well prepared for the noise, which is significant because of the metal gears. But the power of this machine more than makes up for the noise.
I have used it a lot since then to make mashed potatos (my favorite food) and several cakes (from scratch). I am a novice in the kitchen, so cooking does not come naturally to me. This machine makes it a lot easier and allows me to experiment more than I did previously.

I don't hesitate to recommend this mixer to anyone who is interested. KitchenAid also offers excellent customer service and the machine is 100% covered for the first year of purchase which offers a huge amount of peace of mind.

After extensive research of mixers, I decided on this one because of it's all metal gears and commercial-like quality. The price was fantastic, since it was a close-out color. It wasn't my first choice of colors, but I grew to like it given the huge close-out mark-down. KitchenAid quality at the lowest price around. With the money I saved, I was able to afford the ice-cream maker attachment.
