I bought this tea kettle to add to my collection of pink KitchenAid appliances, but it turned out to be a really great purchase. The tea kettle is pretty in stainless steel and has only a touch of pink on the silicone handle. It has a loud noticeable whistle that lets you know when your water is ready and is easy to use and handle. I've read the other reviews that state that the pot gets overly hot, but that only happens if you use a grill size that is too large for the kettle. If you read the directions before use, it specifically says to use a burner compatible with the size of the kettle, this easily solves that problem. The spout is large and the kettle is easy to fill, whether throught the lid or the spout. Again, this is a KitchenAid product and has great waranty coverage and excellent customer service. I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested.

I am very pleased with my purchase. The kettle has a solid feel and looks very attractive in my kitchen. It heats quickly and when pouring, the steam does not rise up and hit my hand. The color is perfect and spatters clean off the finish easily. The cover fits securely. The water tastes fresh and clean, unlike another metal kettle I purchased some time ago which imparted an unpleasant taste to the water. All in all, I'm very happy with it. I would recommend this item to anyone who wishes to purchase it. Thanks Kitchenaid for a quality product.

I have no idea what some other reviewers are complaining about. The handle does not get hot when I use high heat on my gas stove. It does not leak steam from lid at high heat. It does not dribble when I pour boiling water into mug. It is easy to fill either using spout or taking off lid. I am only writing this review to offset the other reviews which are unfairly negative. Well. you can't please everyone. The terra cotta color is beautiful, the kettle is very well made, and it performs as a tea kettle is expected to perform. I really like it.

The colander is too large and bulky. It was not what I expected it to be.

I like this one. It's the right size for what I need, and I can hang it in the kitchen with all of the other blue KA tools I have so far.

Of course...don't leave it in the oven. (Why someone would do that anyway?)

I love this colander!! It has a heavy duty feeling but not heavy in weight. It is so easy to drain my sons mac n cheese noodles & vegies!! No more messing with a big colander or the lid to my pan, praying it dosen't all spill out. It also looks great hanging from a rack next to my cook top.

First of all, I need to say how horribly hard it is to find a good crimper. I shopped all over town trying to find one, even a Kitchenaid and well, nothing turned up but cheap flimsy things that looked as if they wouldn't make it through an 1/16" piece of dough. Then I found this one and boy, is it awesome! I love Kitchenaid utensils and tools in the first place so I grabbed this guy here on amazon (they're the cheapest, by the way) and it has made my life so much easier. It's great for ravioli too - it makes them look so very professional and for you pie lovers out there. Well, you have to own this! It's very sturdy, is weightier than the others, and just makes your pies look gorgeous! You have to have this for all those pies at Thanksgiving and for your fall apple pies. My pies always looked terrible and I hated to take them to parties because I didn't own a crimper. No more! They look awesome and are just gorgeous. I highly recommend this product - you definitely get more than what you pay for with this guy.

This KitchenAid pastry crimper is great. Last week I made pie and used this crimper to make lattice strips for the top crust. The crimped edges really make the pie look professional. This is also an excellent tool for "sealing" the edges of the crust together. It is like a "zip lock" device for your baked goods. It is very well made and sturdy. The handle is good size to grip and it is very easy to clean. I have several KitchenAid tools and gadgets and I am very pleased with all of them. Great tool! Highly recommended!
