The Kitchenaid tools are great to look at, very durable and breeze through the dishwasher, over and over, without discoloring. The blade of the spatula good be stiffer. I works well for frosting, but feels a little flimsy.

You'll love this one. With many spatulas, your hand gets tired from holding the handle. This one is very comfortable and you can ice a large cake!

I have had this set for about 6 months. After I purchased this set I called Kitchenaid because the knives seemed dull right out of the box. They feel cheap, especially the steak knives, and they are just not comfortable to use. Kitchenaid sent me a new set which was I thought showed excellent customer service. The second set is not any better. The finish on the knife block started peeling and chipping within the first month- that looks nice sitting on the counter. I contacted Kitchenaid again asking if I could upgrade to a different set- I will pay the difference, but they are not responding to me this time.

I would definitely not recommend these knives to anyone. I realize they are not the most expensive knives, but you can get much better quality in this price range.

This is a nice set for the price. Although, it does take up a lot of counter space and I wish there were more steak knives in the set. Hand washing is not a problem as I usually hand wash my cutlery to make it last longer.
