Pressure cast aluminum. Set includes a 9.5" skillet, a covered 4-quart casserole and a 3-quart saucepan with lid. The casserole lid also fits the skillet. Nonstick surface. Heat resistant handles. The Look Cookware 2-quart saucepan (not included in this set) was the "more affordable not-too-distant runner-up in the nonstick category" in a 1997 Cook's Illustrated test of saucepans. Dishwasher-safe.

My wife and I purchased a LOOK frying pan, pot, and sauce pan while we were living in Iceland on a tour for the Air Force. We have had this cookware since 2002 and just now it is starting to show wear, but that is only because we had a friend accidentaly use a metal fork in them. Even with the bottoms showing scratches through the non-stick coating, the cookware has not lost any of it's non-stick capability. They can still be cleaned with a little water and a swipe with a sponge. What most impressed us when we first started using the pots and pans was the ease at which we could clean out dried up food from them. I had made oatmeal and let it dry in to the saucepan. When I went to do dishes later it flaked out and was still easy to clean. I would reccomend this brand to anyone. Be careful not to scratch them with metal utensils and they will last a very long time.

While Look cookware may not have the cachet of Calphalon or All-Clad, this is some serious non-stick cookware. Thick based, solid aluminum ensures good heat conductivity while the professional non-stick coating inside and out make cleanup a breeze.

This pan is awesome! I used to work at an upscale kitchenware store where we sold these pans... and I got mine super cheap when the representative came to talk to us about the product. We have used ours nearly every day (great for eggs in the morning!) for the past 3 years, and I'm just now considering buying a new one. The nonstick has held up very well, especially considering that several guests have abused it with metal utensils. It's important to clean right after use though - leaving it dirty is bad for the finish. This price is nearly half the price of the same pan at the kitchenware store too, and definitely worth every penny and more!! DO NOT PUT THESE PANS IN THE DISHWASHER!!

I can't say how the pan will hold up over time, but so far I love it. It's totally non-stick -- eggs slide out even without oil. It has a good weight, the handle stays cool, and it claims to be dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 500 degrees. I haven't used it enough to tell how well it browns foods. But so far I'm a satisfied customer.

We have been steadily collecting pieces of Look Cookware for three years now and replacing some raggedy pieces of cookware we had. These pots and pans are excellent to cook with and offer even heat distribution with no hot spots. They are made in Iceland and offer an excellent guarantee.

I have been searching for a grill pan that I can use on my smooth-top stove for quite some time and was elated when I finally found this one. Most grill pans do not have a flat, smooth bottom and can't be used on smooth-top stoves. This one has a large round, flat disk on the bottom that ensures full contact with smooth-top burners and even heat distribution. It's a heavy-duty, quality pan.

I was going to buy plain pearl necklaces and earrings as gifts for my bridesmaids, but when I saw this set I decided to give it a try. The color combination is very striking (especially for a fall wedding), and the beads, clasp, etc., are all very good quality. The necklace especially has a nice weight to it, similar to a strand of real pearls, and the Indian Red crystals are a deep, rich, orange-red.
