Best in the WestThese shears are tough, versatile, and handsome. They take apart so they are easy to clean. They have a notch on the blades to capture bones or other hard stuff, like rose stems. They have a can opener and flat screw-driver-type extension on the handle. Quality shears.

Nice knife setWe bought this set a few months ago for an affordable set of knives. We love the mounting feature---it's a real space saver. The knives are durable and have lasted well. Overall we are very pleased with this set.

Decent set easily worth $25nobody around here really cooks so I can't claim to be an expert on this. Its alot of knives for $25 and they are definitly of better quality than the $3 knife you buy a glocery store. It's not the sharpest knife but the saw blade does make the job alot easier. The full-tang blade that goes to the end of the handle is good and I don't see that even on some of the $50+ sets. Saw a set similar to this at Kmart for $39 but didn't come with a block.
They'll get replaced eventually but for the price, they are a great deal. The bottle opener has proven useful for opening a Heineken or two over the years, while fixing dinner.
