I crossed my fingers when I purchased this cart because of the mixed reviews. Worse case scenario, I'd just return it. I'm pleased to say that I am quite satisfied with the cart. I find it very sturdy (the bottom shelf holds up to 44 lbs!). In assembling it, I initially put the bottom shelf on upside down (the lip should be toward the floor). This mistake made the cart very unsteady, but as soon as I turned it right side up, everything came together like a glove. It's a handsome piece with lots of storage space. I keep my crock pot, rice cooker, and blender on the bottom shelf to clear counter space. Keeping these 'heavy' items on the bottom shelf and locking the whells also steadies the unit so that it doesn't move when using the sliding adjustable-height top shelf. I'd recommend it. I found this item to be very useful. Although I do not have a microwave sitting on the top shelf, I still find it very sturdy for holding other items. I did not have a problem putting it together even though I am not mechnically inclined.

I like the idea of being able to adjust the shelves to fit whatever size item you put on it.

I would recommend this cart to other people for their storage needs.

I have this one and the taller but thinner cart, one each on each side of my stove. They look great and have lots of storage racks. These carts are very sturdy and easy to put together. I am ordering extras to use at work as printer stands and one for the bathroom to storage towels and other stuff.I like the fact that the top is made out of wood, overall very good quality.

This was not a purchase for myself, it was for a wedding gift that Macy's did not have in stock, so I honestly cannot rate the item, but I can say that it got to my house in the time frame stated.

Considering the price, the Melitta Espresso machine is a good value. It's not for heavy use though. Rubber seal keeps coming loose on my model and I have to make sure the lid is tight securely.

Ok I can only drink good expresso so my requirement for a machine was that it had to make great coffee...(substandard I cannot digest)....,convenient size...affordable...I'm a teacher!!! Melitta surpasses all my expectations and I am in love...My only regret is getting the 20 pc. set(very cheap pieces) which is headed straight for the garbage. The machine alone is under $30 so even if you buy it for the office which is where my second purchase is headed it still works out better than buying Starbucks or Bodega coffe for $2-$4 a pop. AND IT'S A MUCH BETTER CUP..... I have read complaints about the steamer but I haven't used it often enough to detect a problem....and all I really care about is the expresso.....

This can opener is fantastic! not only is it portable after charging, there is no need to leave it on the countertop. Just put it a drawer. I was amazed at how easy it was to use. I had been using a hand held manual opener.
The only draw back I can see is once you start opening a can with the GIZMO, you can not stop it until can is completely open. For people with Arthritis and the elderly the Gizmo will simplify life for them.
Since purchasing one for myself, I have since purchased several as gifts.

They sent me TWO of them and neither worked!!!!! Neither would turn on!!!! Don't waste your time and money!!!! Do not order this product!!!! The people who wrote good reviews must have been on drugs, or paid by the company. What are the odds of getting TWO lemon machines? Don't buy this piece of junk! I had other people try to get the food processor to work, just to see if there was some chance that I was an incredibly inept person by assuming that following the directions, plugging it in, and switching the machine to on, it was supposed to work. No one else could get the p.o.s. to work either. Go to a real store and get one, that way you can easily take it back and test the thing in the store. That's what I'm doing next.

I have the 70550 (no bonus lid). At first, it worked like a charm for making baby food. Unfortunately, within one week the S blade cracked. Now, the "dishwasher safe" bowl has melted in my dishwasher. On top of that, I can't find replacement parts for it.

I bought this about 3 months ago for my mom, and so far we haven't had any problems. Overall, I am satisfied with the product. We use it to puree, knead and grind things. The large capacity bowl is just the perfect size. I haven't used the slicing blade yet, but I guess the chill lid is useful to collect the sliced stuff outside. The mouth is a bit small unless you don't mind cutting up things to feed through the mouth. If it were up to me, I would change the design and make it less bulky and easier to store. I like the big mouth food processors that don't have the control on the side, taking up less space. But for $25, this is a pretty good one and functions quite well. If you buy it, make sure the bowl and the cover are well "locked" in place before you power on the unit, otherwise it doesn't turn on.

I think this product is good. It serves it's purpose and lasts a long time.

We purchased these bags for the first time in May 2001. I installed a bag and thought it worked OK. (I did not throw the former bags, not Hoover bags, out.) The next time the bag needed changing the lady who cleans the house (unbeknown to us) installed the bag we had been using previously. My wife who is very sensitive to house dust recognized the difference. After a very short time my wife said she could smell the dust when the vacuum cleaner was in use. I changed the bag in our vacuum back to a Hoover bag and the probem was cured. While not very scientific, it convinced us. I have thrown the other bags away.
Additional Comment:
Because of the small particles that are trapped in the bag, I take the vacuum outside to remove the filled bag. This prevents these particles from escaping back into the air in the house.
