When I bought this I figured it was another gadget. I really love it. It's easy to use and really easy to clean. I did have a problem with the poaching tray. It starting peeling. I e-mailed back to basics and they are sending me another one. They said they have redesigned it. It's become a staple in my kitchen.

Easy and fast to make breakfast. Color and style fits very well. Was easy for grandchildren to make their own breakfast when they were visiting.

I've had this appliance for about two weeks and love it. It's extremely convenient and very easy to use. I have an awful disposition in the morning. But, as soon as I get one of my homemade McMuffins in my mouth, I'm good to go! Not only that, but it's healthier than a real McMuffin too. Only takes about 5 minutes to make a delicious breakfast.

I love good Italian wine, but try to limit myself to one glass a day for health reasons. I purchased this gadget at a local wine store and assumed that meant it was useful. That was a big mistake!

This gadget doesn't do anything including seal the wine in the bottle when stored on its side in the wine cellar. Some of the time a bottle on its side won't leak, but it is just a likely to leak. I tried buying another set of stoppers and having my husband seal them as well as myself. No change made a difference. Sometime they work, and sometime they don't.

Additionally, when you buy a nice Brunello or a Super Tuscan do you really want to risk it become an expensive bottle of vinegar, I don't.

I purchased the wine stoppers for my foodsaver and am much happier with those. At least they don't leak. Although I do finish the bottle as quickly as possible just to sure.

This is the second Vac-u-vin I have purchased - the last one at a winery in California. The first one worked great for a couple of months then one day, my wife was using it and it froze up. You couldn't pull it or push it - like it had gasket slip loose inside or something. You can't take them apart to see so we just bought a new one thinking it was defective. This one lasted less than 2 weeks. Worked great, the wife tried it one day and POOF, it wouldnt push or pull. I won't be buying them again (at least not with this wife).

The vacu vin wine saver works great, it keeps wine fresh in the refrigerator for weeks. Also it is very easy to use.

We have only used this machine to make coffee. Most of the Melitta pods in the variety pack that came with it taste pretty awful, however he machine will take pods of different brands. The coffeemaker started leaking from the spout after about 8 months of light use. After 10 months of ownership, it will be replaced with another brand.

I purchased the Melitta One One Pod System about a month ago and in my opinion this is a great coffee system. I use the Javana coffee pods that I buy at Stop & Shop and they work fine and taste great. I had problems with the first 5 to 6 cups I made, but the machine has worked perfect since then. I highly recommend buying this machine.

I absolutely love my new coffee maker! I am the only coffee drinker in the house, and hated making a pot everyday only to have most of it wasted, or go bad. With my new machine, I make a fresh cup as I want it! No hassle. IT is also great when a guest wants a cup of decaf, or some tea. I can easily make drinks to order. I do not have any leaking...the only time there was a problem was when I used an "imposter" pod and did not fit it all the way into the little cup. Once I had it all figured out, it works like a dream.

I have used this detergent for several months with my Hoover Steamvac and generally like it quite a bit. It is relatively poor at doing much with stains, particularly those that have been in the carpet for a long time (but then again, aren't they all poor at that?), but for traffic lanes where there is a lot of dirt and/or grease, if you take your time and go over it a few times, it is a very good product. I will say that sometimes you have to give it a little time too. I have broken down seemingly impossibly dark areas with this shampoo, although the first pass seemed to do very little, and quickly going over it seemed to only work slowly. So, if all else fails let the water/detergent sit on the area for a little while while you work on another area and then go over it again and see if that helps. It has for me in some instances

There are a couple of things that make me give it a four instead of three, which I would give it based on its cleaning ability. The first is the smell. It is very pleasant and I have had several positive comments on how the carpets smelled after using it. Outside of Hoover's Pet Formula Pet Detergent, this is best smelling detergent I have ever used, and I have worked with many. The other "plus" is that it is easy to remove from the carpet. After I use the detergent, I do at least one "rinse" application where I just use water to get up the residue of chemicals I left behind. With this detergent, it comes up very easily and does not require repeated applications, whereas with many others you must do the same areas many, many times to get all the residue from the carpet.

One last area I want to bring up is "browning". Some chemicals used on carpets have an unpleasant tendency to turn your carpet brown as the chemicals dry on the carpet. To give you an example, I did a carpet and it was quite clean, with few stains remaining. A few days later, I had monstrous brown stains in a few areas on the carpet. I had used several stain removers to help with the original spots, and these were apparently the cause. So, I went over it again with water to remove the browning, but once again they came back when it dried, seemingly almost with the same intensity. Intuitively, I disliked adding more residue by using the detergent, but I figured water was not working so I had nothing to lose(and as I mentioned, this detergent has no residue problem). I used this detergent and apparently it helped remove the other chemicals more effectively and lessened the browning problem I was having. Also, this chemical does not cause browning at all. It was some other chemical I used for the stains (I used too many to know which one, as the initial stains were quite stubborn).

The only reason I am not giving this a five is because I do not want to give the impression that this is some kind of super cleaner and give false expectations. It does work pretty well, and is a very agreeable shampoo to work with, both in odor and ease in which it comes out of the carpet. It also is not harsh on skin if you get some on you. Overall I like it very much and will continue to purchase it as I need it. I probably would even if it did not clean at all, it smells so good.

This product worked very well on all my carpets. It cleaned them well using a minimal amount of product as well as smelling good.

This carpet cleaner brightened up even what I thought were pretty clean carpets!

This is a fantastic pressure cooker for the price. There are definitly new pressure cookers out that look fancier and have slightly better safety features (steam release valves instead of having to hyper cool the pan) but for what you're paying, this is a great pan. If you want to release the pressure but don't want to do an icebath, I've found it easier to just use tongs to tilt the release a little to the side to let out steam until the valves go down enough to open it. Perfect for 9 minute risotto!

This is the best appliance I have ever purchased. Highly recommend to precook spare ribs and then throw on grill with sauce for a few minutes. The meat falls off the bone when you eat.

I love this pressure cooker. I adore a good soup. Chicken soup, Pasta Fagiole soup( made with dry beans) , Spit Pea soup,in minutes! It has two pressure valves unlike old ones that only had one. It's stainless steel not aluminum so healthier to cook in . Who has time to stand over stove for 2 hours! Who would want to! Don't be afraid of pressure cookers. Just learn how to use them. All you have to do is make sure valve is open and not clogged before using by looking through the hole. And don't open lid until pressure is released. YOU can easily see if pressure is in pot by the 2 valves on pot. That's it so ENJOY this great pot!

This item is VERY fragile; the first one arived broken (Amazon sent me a replacement). I think that I will stay elevtric.

As has been noted by several reviewers, this coffee press is pretty tiny. However, I use it to make espresso without a big expensive machine or having to fuss with an aluminum stove-top espresso pot- not 100% authentic, but still pretty good. (the "three cups" refers to a standard espresso cup serving size, which is between 1 and 2 oz.)

This thing may be small, but it works as well as any Bodum press (very high quality and replacement parts are readily available and inexpensive); it fits in my (law student) budget and the minimal amount of counter space in my apartment, and, beyond espresso-making, it's good for individual use for someone who's fussy about how fresh their coffee is. Rather than making a big pot of coffee that goes cold or has to be kept heated on an element while the taste gets worse and worse, you can make one cup at a time that is fresh every time.

We have a 400 square foot tiled Florida room and two large dogs who are in and out the back door constantly, in additon to many visitors. Over time their dirty paws had darkened the colored grout considerably, and I was looking for a solution to cleaning it without breaking my back (I have enough to worry about around the house).
After laboriously reading the reviews on both the H3030 500 and the 800, it seemed as if the general consensus was that both were good products. Granted, there were a couple of negative reviews, but I thought 'oh well you can't please everyone' and ordered it anyway.
Oh boy, was I wrong... If you are not concerned with cleaning grout, then I guess this would be okay for you. But even then, the reservoir doesn't hold much and depending on the sqare footage you have to clean, you will find yourself emptying and refilling frequently. It didn't even TOUCH the grout, the rotating brushes were no stiffer than a hairbrush. When it arrived I was really excited to try my new machine, and then I was massively disappointed. To top it off, the handle comes to you in two pieces, (unassembled-it easily snaps together) but it doesn't come apart to ship back, so it won't fit back in the box! Plus we lost the $18 shipping fee to return it. TOTAL waste of time, energy and money. Don't make the same mistake.

This machine is easy to use and does a great job cleaning tile. Just ok at cleaning the grout.

We have laminate floors in most of our house, but we used to have carpets where there's laminate today. So we've gradually gone from needing to vaccum to needing to use brooms and cleaning tools like the Swiffer. Those that have tried it know that the Swiffer can become quite an expense with its supplies (pads and liquid). So we decided to sell our good ole Roomba robot (since we officially had little use for it any more) and decided to take this Floor Cleaner out for a ride.

I can't speak about long term use with it yet (it's been a little less than two months since we got it), but so far I can say it does a pretty good job and we are happy with it. There's no "free lunch" and so is the case with this product, meaning it still needs to use a cleaning product to do its job, but at least it doesn't require a change of pads and it does a visibly better job than the Swiffer!

This is a great set.

I've used it to transfer cold liquids as well as BOILING liquids without a problem. Cleans well in the dishwasher.

I like that the opening at the bottom is small enough to fit into the smallest of spouts, and yet wide enough to not get clogged by thicker liquids.

I have 2 sets - one for food (pouring costco size ketchup into a table-friendly bottle) and one for industrial (like fabric detergent refills). I've marked the industrial ones with a sharpie so I don't mix them up :)

Really, it hasn't failed me yet for anything I've needed if for. Oxo rarely fails me though -- when in doubt, go with a trusted brand.

I have yet to use the strainer, but this set is amazing. At first, I questioned my judgement about buying funnels for 8 bucks, but when I put these babies to use, they were sturdy and the "grip" was the incredible. I had dollar store funnels that slipped all over the place making a huge mess on my white countertop. With these, there's no mess because they stay put inside whatever you stick them in with those rubber grip strips. They're even easier to clean because they don't stain (like those dollar store pieces of junk). Well worth it!

Others have given details. Just let me add that:
(1) It is geared to be VERY easy to turn, and . . .
(2) The lid can be replaced to reseal the can airtight. (The replaced lid will stay in place in the refrigerator, but it doesn't hold tight enough for jostling inside a picnic cooler.)

This is a really great can opener. My mother suffers from moderate arthritis and says it's the easiest can opener she's ever used. Plus, no more cuts from sharp can edges. This is a wonderful product!!

I had looked at several different air purifiers, both in store and online, before finally choosing this one. I must say I am very pleased with my choice. The price was very reasonable and it definitly exceeded my expectations, considering all the many options in air purification. I noticed a huge difference in the quality of the air in my home the next day. I have always had trouble breathing when I sleep and always clearing my throat throughout the day and after having the air purifier running for just a few days, I have noticed these problems dissapear. It is also interesting watching how it senses things like vacuuming and burning candles polluting the air and adjusts its speed accordingly. Definitly a great buy.

I spent some time searching around, with my criteria being of course cost-effectiveness, low noise, and mostly the ability to clean the air effectively. I was initially under the impression that the replacement filters would save me a lot *(over previously systems I had owned), but that was not the most important selling point. I am now shopping for filters, and realizing that it is a two-step process... getting both the carbon screen and the entire filter. While I am shopping around for the best deal, I am planning to meanwhile just use the vacumn to prolong the life of the existing carbon screen and filter.... seems to be ok to do. I highly recommend this product.... GREAT UNIT !

After owning several more expensive HEPA filters over the last 10 years, I have been very impressed with the Hamilton Beach TrueAir Air Cleaner. I throughly researched this unit before purchasing and have been very pleased with its capabilities. It's quiet, the filters are easy to change and find, and its automatic function with the UV light works as expected. It was well worth the investment.
