Home and Kitchen Review Attractive and durable
We have had these glasses for several years. I like the look, the size, and the heavy durability. I also love the fact that they are readily available in open stock from many stores--I have managed to chip a couple over the years, but when it's happened I just go around the corner and pick up a new one! They are the right size for using a stick blender in, and you can even get lids for them, so they're handy for storage of small leftovers.

Home and Kitchen Review Great Glasses!
These glasses are great! I bought them in the store, and unfortunately the first two sets I got had broken/chipped glasses. But once I got a good set, I have been so happy with my purchase! It totally outweighs the bad luck I had with the first two sets. These glasses are a great size, and surprisingly durable. They've been dropped, banged up, went through the dishwasher numerous times, and are still in great shape. I've even bought this set as a gift for my dad! He loves them too.

Home and Kitchen Review best glasses ever
These are great glasses! I have hardwood floors and these are the only glasses that have not broken when dropped. Also, we like the large size because they hold a lot of ice cubes and the size makes it easier to get the recommended 8 glasses a day of water.

    Home and Kitchen Review crap
Be smarter than me and save your money! Description of this vacuum sounds so great I went against my better judgement "if it is too good to be true..." Motor is loud and exhaust spread dust away from vacuum. If you have pets, you see those hairs running for corners. And Hepa filter can be washed only up to 3 times. It is very hard to clean filter, and it is dirty job. Hepa replacement cost 10 dollars--am I nuts to keep feeding bad product? I got rid of it. Eureka is part of the problem of environmental polution by creating this kind of throw aways. From what I read only commercial Eurekas are any good.

Home and Kitchen Review Great Vacuum for wood floors!
I just bought this at Target yesterday and used it today for the first time. I love that it is lightweight. I am 7 months pregnant and I am happy that I am not straining myself with my heavy vacuum I keep upstairs. I use this one for my wood floors in the downstairs part of my house. It cleaned up all the cat hair and dust and has great suction. I only gave it 4 stars because I wish the handle was a little longer, I am tall so it kind of makes me bend more and the cord can be a little longer. It is also very loud, but I don't mind because it does its job. All in all I like this a lot and the cheap price it is makes it even more worth it..

Home and Kitchen Review happy customer
I own a Hoover Savvy that is going into the shop for the third time in the eight months I have owned it. I bought this little Eureka to get me by while my Hoover is in the shop. What a great little vacuum! It is picking up all the dog hair the Hoover has left behind. If the Boss lite works this good I can only imagine what the full size will do!

Home and Kitchen Review Not the Greatest for Intense Heat
This fan is okay if you set it on a desk next to you. It has to be relitively close to you, other wise it doesn't seem to produce enough cold air. Also, when I used it as a stand alone fan for one room, (which had no air conditioning in 80+ heat outside) I seemed to be begging for cooler air.
Having the oscillating feature and three different speeds of air is a good quality. It's a good fan to have on hot days, but when extreme heat hits, you may need an extra fan to help cool a room down...that or just have it in your face blowing the air directly.

The design is good looking, however. I find that to be a plus when a fan has to sit in a room along with other household items.

Home and Kitchen Review Eat your heart out George...
This is an excellent grill. It is less expensive and just as good as the George Foreman, maybe better. The non-stick surface seems nicer than the GF Grill. Excellent buy. Excellent bargin. Worth the money.

Home and Kitchen Review Rival to the Champ, Boss to the Foreman
This grill seems inspired by the smallest George Foreman grill, the "Champ." But there are some significant differences: (1) The Champ has a square grilling surface. This one's is oval, with perhaps a slightly smaller area.

    (2) The Champ has an open front, with a separate little splash tray that's supposed to catch drippings. This grill has a lip surrounding most of the front, except for a 2" well that drains into an integrated drippings drawer. (3) The Champ is tilted forward to force liquids to drain out. This grill is basically level, with drip channels.

So I bought this one, which seems less messy -- especially for gooey stuff like cheese panini -- and more flexible. If you block the well with a strip of cardboard, you can even use it to cook omelettes or a kind of waffles. The only downside to the lipped front (vs. the Champ) is that you need to scoop veggies off the grill, rather than simply dragging them out the front. There is no timer or on/off switch -- you just plug/unplug it.

The upper plate floats maybe about 1" above the lower plate. If you want to press thicker panini, consider the Hamilton Beach 25450 Panini Press, available on Amazon for about 2-1/2x the price. It similarly doubles as a contact grill, but it's larger in all dimensions, with about 3"-4" of vertical float. (Its plates have pinstripe ribbing, though, so don't try using it for eggs or waffles.) Or the similar Breville SG620XL, which has flat plates that can be used for fried eggs or pancakes.

Home and Kitchen Review I love this Grill!
I bought this grill because it fit my budget. It fits 4 premade frozen hamburger patties but I can get 5 on of my home made patties. I love best that I can put it on the low setting and cook a frozen skinless chicken breast in 20 min. I make fajita's, grill vegies, it is a great appliance I use it almost daily durring the winter when its snowing and I cant BBQ outside. Its easily cleaned too, I just put it in the sink while its still warm and use my sprayer to spray the grill plate, then just wipe with a sponge and a little soap. Hint** save old soup cans for the grease cuz theres alot of it! Happy Healthy Eating!

Home and Kitchen Review versatility pot review
I had researched "crock pots" and chose this one because it did not have a ceramic inside, they take too long to heat up. I love going from the stove to the heating unit. Which you can use seperatly-pancakes for example. I almost wish it were 8 quarts. Love it!

Home and Kitchen Review Best Everyday Cooker I've Ever Had
I have this model. It is so much more than a slow cooker, but slow it can be! I've purchased Rival products before this one and every thing in a Rival BOILS, even at low setting. This is truly slow and I have not experienced "hot" spots or over-cooking as other reviewers have.

This cooker is for everyday use. It cooks virtually everything a slow cooker does and more! Soups, stews, roasts, chicken (whole or pieces) pork, chili...you name it and it will cook it!

Plan on keeping a "spare" on hand I use it so much.

No problem for me to rate this item a big five stars...

Home and Kitchen Review Versatile but different from traditional slow cooker
I purchased this thinking I was going to throw away my old crock pot. I will keep the old crock pot on hand for things that need surround heat on the vessel wall - I have one recipe where this pot doesn't do the job because the heat is just from the bottom. Otherwise, it's great because the vessel is non-stick - cleanup is a breeze! I make soups, stews, chili, etc in this. This should be called a hot plate cooker because that's what it is - a pot on top of a hot plate. Whereas the traditional crock pot has heat around the vessel wall this does not. The heat source is just from the bottom. This has not been an issue except when I make jook/congee (traditional Chinese porridge). I may have to adjust my recipe but otherwise this pot is a keeper. I even use the nonstick pot on my stove to make sticky things like rice crispy squares. I don't have to add margarine/butter because it doesn't stick. What a bonus!
