When I received this clock, I popped in the batteries, and it soon started setting the time...at least until the minute hand hit the fifty-minute mark, from where it refused to move. Upon the advice of tech support, I exchanged the clock, and its replacement kept perfect time...as long as you didn't look at the second hand. The hour and minute hands were dead-on, but the second hand moved at a rate seven seconds per hour faster. No amount of resetting (or tech support) would solve the problem, so I threw in the towel and returned it for a refund. Pity. It's exactly the clock I was looking for...except for the not-working part.

I really like these clocks. Our school was constantly having problems with the clocks in all the classrooms being different and this has really helped the situation. The digital ones are better but the La Crosse ones, which are the least expensive, also happen to be the best analog clocks we've tried.

I put in a battery waited a few minutes and it set itself.
It did everything it said it would do. I have it at my work which is a large garage and it works perfect.

The bag is narrow and difficult to fill. You invariably end up with a mess which gets even more messy because the bag is made from a very slippery plastic. I had no luck using this bag, even though I gave it two chances.

We bought this LG Stainless Steel Toaster for our office, and the nightmare has started ever since. We've had them (we bought 2)for about half a year now, there are still people, including myself sometimes, standing in front of the mechanism hopelessly and trying to figure out what they are looking at and how they should use it. There is no primary visual clues that guide you through the using process ( all the buttons look exactly the same). The captions under those buttons as equally confusing. In short, you can only force yourself to get used to it, let alone taking pleasure of using the product. Personally, it doesn't matter how good it performs, because all the aggravations you get from the user interface are enough to kill a good brand like LG. My advice - think twice on this item.

This is by far the best toaster we've ever owned. It does not have the thin metal elements that glow red like a conventional, so I don't know how it works yet, but it gets the toast perfectly brown on each side. A fan comes on and stays on to cool it down during and for a brief period after operation. The bagels we toasted in it were just perfect!

The microwave is large enough inside for my purposes, which are usually just reheating foods and defrosting. I never use microwave popcorn so I can't say how well it does in that area, but the frozen burrito I cooked last night came out terrific.

Regarding the comment one reviewer said about it not being space saving, I think what the company is referring to is the fact that, while the unit itself might have somewhat of a large footprint, it eliminates the need to have a separate toaster. This does indeed save space, not to mention an electrical outlet. Overall, I'm very pleased with it, but haven't had it long enough to speak to its longevity. I can tell you that it's almost worth buying for the toaster alone!

It looks beautiful and it has a toaster built in! This little microwave gets more attention than any of my brand new stainless appliances in my recently remodeled kitchen.

At first I was hesitant about the lack of a touch keypad for entering cook times etc. But I can honestly say that I do not miss this feature. The "dial" on this unit replaces the standard touch pad found on most microwaves and is extremely effective and easy to use. Turn it fast for "minutes" and turn it slow for "seconds." It works much like the infamous click-wheel on iPod's.

Great form and function. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

You have to put the handle of the sweeper together as part of assembling the sweeper. However, there is nothing to hold the pieces of the handle together... so it falls apart frequently! I read a review about the defective handle before I bought the product. I thought that it might be a "one time" thing with the reviewer that mentioned it. Well, low and behold, it happened to me as well. Its difficult to use when the handle falls apart all the time. And I even tried to duct tape it! It didn't help.

I bought this at Lowes Home Improvement for 9.97 - it's their regular price. The handle pieces do come out but don't despair! I had some carpet tape (double-sided) lying around and wrapped only a small piece around each end before I put it back together. It works like a charm. For how long, I don't know, but for the price I paid and how well it works otherwise, it will be worth investing in another role of tape in about a hundred years or so.
I can't drag the vacuum out all the time, don't want to and besides the dogs go nuts. This works as well as the carpet sweeper I remember pushing around as a little girl so I gave it an extra star for nostalgia. Gets all crumbs (don't expect it to get ground in dog hair) and gets all lint & small things you'd normally drag out the Hoover for. And No electricty needed!! If you miss the sound however, you can always hum!

This is a good little sweeper. I got it to sweep-up cat litter on low pile carpet between my vacuumings; and that it does. I esp. like the comb (included) that comes in handy when you're cleaning the bristles, it then attaches to the sweeper's pole so you don't loose it--nice feature, it's made of all metal construction so it won't crack like the plastic ones do. In this item, quality actually superceeds the price.

The odor eliminator does work in small places such as the bathroom or a closet. It's quiet and the filter has lasted for 6 months.

These filters fit both our models 4251/4271 and HB's TrueAir webpage indicates these filters fit all 3 of their Odor Eliminator models. Our house has a smoker, 4 small dogs and we burn candles. We need to replace filters every 6+ months. The units still work fine after 3 years but, they are small and only plug into out of the way receptacles.
