We used this blender maybe 5 times before the metal piece that makes the blade turn broke off. It's cheaply made and do not suggest this product to anyone. We havent had any luck with Oster products.We returned the blender twice and the same thing happend both times.

I've had this blender in black for 3 years with no problems. And for a guy, I like the functionality. Speed settings are slow... or fast. Nothing like, puree, frappe, stir, mix. Just slow... or fast. Pretty simple. I've crushed frozen fruits. Blade still looks good. But I just chipped the glass jar at the bottom. Now it won't seal. That surprised me. Maybe the glass isn't as tough as it feels. But still a great blender. Except I bought mine...in the store, on sale.

This is a great blender, but you can go to Target and purchase it for under $50!

We have this toaster. Its very attractive looking. However this toaster is very slow toasting. To the point you want to push the button to end the cycle because your tired of waiting for it.

Ours also doesn't always toast the same each time at the same setting. Usually the first use for the day we have to turn it up slightly higher, then any other toast we put in right after it we have to turn it down a little to get the same results.

The slow toasting is what annoys me most. I read a couple other comments about that here also.

Didn't have a problem using the toaster or figuring out what each of the buttons where for. Nice option for bagel toasting (my kids won't eat the outside if it is a little browner:-) This solves that problem.

A little bigger than my old unit. The slide out tray on the bottom, beats having to pick the unit up and shake out the crumbs!

I am so glad I read all the reviews for this toaster, while carefully considering what to replace my former cheap toaster with. The looks and price are what originally caught my attention. I'm too cheap to pay much more than $30 for a toaster (my last one cost $7, and operated accordingly). We've been using it for 5 months, and I really am happy with it. Ours toasts evenly, and the knob actually makes a difference in how dark it toasts (again, $7 toaster - seemed to only have one setting :)). It is of good size, and the slots are wide enough to accomodate different types/sizes of bread. The only things I would caution on this toaster are that: 1.) It is not a "cool-touch", if you are looking for that as a feature; and 2.) as a previous reviewer noted - it can be difficult to get the smaller pieces of bread out. I've found that small bagels and muffins are not raised high enough to get out, even with the nice raiser feature. That is the only reason I'm rating it a 4 instead of a 5. I think if you are looking for a decent, not too-expensive good toaster, that this might be the one!

I'm normally a fan of OXO products and own many of their gadgets. These measuring cups are the first problem product I've had from OXO...both the 2 cup and 4 cup sizes cracked on the bottom of the cup, right at the plastic injection point (that little circle with the tiny bump in the center of it), and they both now leak at the crack. These cracks developed very soon after I bought them, and I only ever washed them in on the top rack of the dishwasher. Because of the design of the cups, it's kinda annoying to wash them by hand - and they're not great for measuring dry ingredients for the same reason. So mine have gone into the garbage can, replaced by the KitchenAid cups of similar appearance (although without the handy interior measuring marks). My advice, keep your receipt if you buy these. Or skip them and get the KitchenAid, which have a non-slip rubber ring on the bottom, another nice feature. And they won't crack in the dishwasher.

...the darn thing had to be replaced twice in 6 months because it cracked on the bottom, dead center, and the milk I was measuring leaked out.

I love the idea, though.

I am a professional baker and I absolutely love this product. Not only is there no bending over, but the measures are in single units so there is no guessing (many cups only mark 2 oz, 4 oz which makes 1/2 oz measures difficult).

The Dirt Devil appliance is perfect for stairs, corners and anywhere else that is difficult to reach with a standard canister or upright vacuum cleaners.

I strongly recommend this small vacuum cleaner to anyone.

What a great little product. The extra-long cord is really usefull. I ran out of bags, so naturally I came here to get more. Very easy to install and discard. Would'nt have it any other way.The five stars is naturally for the whole appliance, bags included! Go for it.
