This was not a purchase for myself, it was for a wedding gift that Macy's did not have in stock, so I honestly cannot rate the item, but I can say that it got to my house in the time frame stated.

I've had this grinder for a couple of weeks now, and I'm using it exclusively on coffee beans, for drip coffee.
Pros:
- it's small (doesn't consume tons of precious counter space)
- it works well
- it's very easy to operate. Can't be easier, really.
- it's black (think about it - what's the color of coffee? do you want a grinder in any other color?)
- it's inexpensive

Cons:
- not that easy to clean. Ground coffee sticks, face it. I haven't found a good way to clean this grinder. The blade doesn't come off, so using a dry or wet paper towel works only so so (you're likely to leave piece of the towel in there, yuck).
- doesn't grind very uniformly. Most of the grind is of the same size, but there's always a few chunks of beans left.

This is a great grinder. There's nothing like a fresh ground Diedrichs brew. Starbucks is good for fertilizer.

I like this toaster oven but it definitely needs a numerical keypad to set the temperature and timer. I mostly cook or reheat food that requires under 10 minutes. It becomes annoying to constantly have to start from 30 minutes when I need to reheat something for 2 minutes. I anticipate the down arrow to be the first thing to break.
I was hoping for a slightly larger interior but other than that it's been a great oven. Looks sharp and heats evenly and fast.

I had read the reviews about this oven and they are what convinced me to give it a try. For years I have purchased inexpensive Black and Decker toaster ovens but this time I was looking for something a little bigger. I don't use the microwave anymore due to concerns that it kills the nutrients in foods so I wanted something smaller to heat up my meals that wouldn't use the energy that my regular oven does. This little oven cooks just a little slower than a microwave when the convection option is used. It is amazing. I have had to adjust the temperature down so that it doesn't cook too fast, as a matter of fact! I really love it. The only minor negative for me is that it is big enough to accommodate a corning casserole dish but not high enough for the lid. To remedy this I just put a piece of aluminum foil over it instead. The oven is sleek looking and doesn't take up too much room on the counter top. So far it seems to be a well made oven. I'm very pleased with my choce.

One note: the first oven I received from Amazon arrived with a smashed oven door handle. Can't figure out how that happened because it was very well packed. I sent it back and promptly received a perfect replacement.

I have done a lot of searching on this product, after looking at Consume Reports, and reading many reviews, I decide to get the toaster oven, and it was one of the finest I have found. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and the cooking is just amazing, I just love the convection, and everything about this oven.
I had an Euro for 3 days took it back as the handles melted, very dangerous, and it did not cook the way this one does.
If you buy another brand you will be sorry, this is worth every penny, especially here on Amazon, and the shipping was super fast.

This Krups appliance is made in China, not Europe. However, it is solidly built and well thought out. For the money, it is a much better value than the KitchenAid or Cuisineart devices. I especially appreciate the folding handle that saves a lot of space, and the included aluminum drip tray.
It makes a pair of Belgian waffles neatly, releases cleanly. Easy to clean. We've used it on three separate occasions for a number of guests since taking receipt of it, and have had no regrets on our choice.
Problem areas: could use an on/off switch, instead of just relying on the power plug. The red/green thermostat control lights are useful, and the thermostat works as one expects, but a built in timer device would be helpful.
There is a slight bit of unevenness in the cooking at one end of the waffle vs. the other. It has been consistent, so it is likely to be the result of the design/location of the heating elements. The variance is not too much, though, and on the higher heat settings it is not really noticeable.
The recipe book is calibrated in grams, not by unit volumes as we would expect in the states. If that is an issue, invest in a good waffle recipe book.

We have had so many waffles since this waffle maker arrived. it is easy to use and makes beautiful waffles. the best part though is that the griddles come apart from the base for easy cleaning!

Purchased this compact unit specifically for the poached eggs feature. The eggs came out perfect although you can only make two at a time. The oblong shape presented itself much better on a fresh crousant instead of on the traditional English muffin. I am pleasantly pleased.

Best way to cook hard boiled eggs. No guess work on when the eggs are done. No more rubber eggs.

Have almost always had Krups coffee makers and based on past use with them bought this burr grinder. Absolutely hate it - I don't know why they bother to put number of cups because this thing just grinds until it is empty - on the days it is willing to even start. It also grinds the beans all the same - want coarse, want fine, want a medium grind -- just use any setting because they all come out the same. And the mess is unreal. I really don't want to start my day cleaning out the sink or the counter or the floor because this stuff flys everywhere. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. If you are still considering this grinder buy it on Amazon as the price is the best. Unfortunately we purchased at a regular retail store and paid $[...] for this piece of junk.

I received the grinder as a gift from my wife. It's primary use is to grind beans to use in my espresso maker. It doesn't grind the beans fine enough even on the finest setting. I have tried cleaning, taking it apart and putting it back together to no avail. I ultimately resort to grinding the beans twice or more which the instructions tell you NOT to do. But what else can I do, it doesn't make a fine enough grind. For now, I grind the beans where I buy them which sort of defeats the purpose of owning your own grinder. I'm going back to the drawing board to find a higher quality grinder.

This little burr grinder does a great job, but sometimes the beans don't seem to actually drop down into the burr and it needs to be gently tapped while it's running. Good styling and size. I love the way it pre-measures for the cup-count.

This toaster is so slow that I can put in my toast, perform my morning chores and come back just in time for my toast to pop up. I've timed my toast on a medium setting at three minutes, which is absurd. Even worse, since it's being toasted for so long, it comes out dry. We were at a four-star hotel recently and our breakfast order was taking unusualy long. When we inquired about our order, the waitress complained that they had an extremely slow toaster. I asked, "Is it a Krups?" Sure enough, they also had this toaster but, fortunately, were ordering a different brand.

I like the toaster and bought it due to the good
reviews. Its a nice looking monstrosity but beware
it takes up a lot of space. Works well so far.

I purchased this grinder 2 months ago to replace my second burned-out Kitchen Aid coffee mill/grinder. I bought this Krups because of its name, as well as its cool look. Unfortunately, I don't like the way it functions. The top is very difficult to twist into place-- an action that must happen before the unit will grind. Furthermore, there is so much static electricity in the lid, that I always have residual coffee grinds dropping onto the counter as I remove it. There's also a sizable amount left in the chamber after I dump the grinds into the filter. Even though it was only a fraction of the fancy Kitchen Aid grinder's cost, I'm unhappy with its performance. I've already started looking for another stainless or brushed nickel grinder that I can leave on my kitchen counter.

Quiet and efficient and does a good job. Much better than some I have had.

Ordered this a month ago from Amazon and have been very pleased with it! I use it to grind flax seeds. It is so easy to use! Just push the button and within seconds every one of these small fine seeds are done. It is so easy to clean also--just wipe the cutting arms and bowl with a damp paper towel and rinse the clear lid. I also like the way the cord wraps completely around the bottom so this looks nice on my countertop. Very well designed and easy tho use. Highest recommendation.

I live in an area where the water tastes good sometimes and terrible other times. When i received this pot as a gift I didn't even want to use the filter, but I did. I could not believe how fresh and good the coffee tasted. It tasted like I used bottled water. I am a believer! Happy in New City

There's nothing extraordinary about the filters except that they were designed to filter tap water used to make coffee. They definitely work and make the coffee taste great.

... Do it now! The filter hidden in the bottom of the water resivour is a necessary item that can be easy to overlook. About two weeks ago it just popped into my head that the filter was coming up for it's recommended change-out, so I ordered a replacement pack.

My jaw about dropped when I saw the filth and garbage that would have made it into my beloved morning coffee had it not been for this small packet of charcoal. Seriously, it was very gross. If you have the Krups, get the filters. If you live in a third-world trash-dump, change them often.

I make a latte every morning and this pitcher works well. It's big enough to allow me to put enough milk in it for my tall latte without the foam overflowing. The handle sticks out far enough from the body of the pitcher to make it easy to turn the pitcher while I'm steaming the milk. The only drawback is the somewhat wide bottom which can bump against my machine when I'm steaming.

This may seem like a silly thing to want, but the Krups pitcher is just the right size and shape to make good frothed milk for lattes, cafe au lait or capucchino. The shape is just the right height to put the nozzle under the milk and get either steamed milk or frothed milk. It fits well under the steam outlet in my DeLonghi coffee machine or under the nozzle on the espresso maker. We clip the insta-read thermometer to the side to get the right temperature milk.

If you haven't had coffee with heated milk (especially in winter) it's a real treat. It doesn't have to be espresso, just foam the milk with the steam outlet and serve with brewed coffee. If you have coffee-loving friends, this is a wonderful little gift to give.

I love this pitcher! It holds a lot of milk and pours easily as well. Just as I expected, other positive reviews were right on.
