Not the item but Amazon's response.On 11/30/05 I placed an order for a BLACK carafe. I received the carafe around Dec. 20th. but is was WHITE not black. I then got on the site to start the replacement process but was unable to proceed since my order was listed as still being shipped. I contacted Amazon requesting a return ship lable. Weeks went by. I contacted them again in Jan. They said they had shipped the lable but it must have been lost and they'd send another. I finally got the thing sent back for a replacement and then got confirmation they had received it, only instead of shipping another carafe they indicated I had been reimbursed for a portion of the item (they charged me the return shipping). I again emailed them and they acknowledged the error and said they would add the additional but that they couldn't reship the item having already reimbursed me. I got back on the site and sure enough they list only one of these in stock, likely the one I just returned. DO NOT ORDER THIS UNLESS YOU WANT A WHITE CARAFE!
