I am new to the world of food processors and bought this based on the reputation of the brand name. I find this item very difficult to use. It has 2 speeds, supersonic and ultra-super sonic, and it "walks" across the table on either speed. The main unit vibrates to the point where it rotates out of the slot and shuts down the machine. The top spindle came out of its slot and damaged the cover.

The instructions are not very beginner friendly. They basically have these cute little pictures that illustrate all the different ways to assemble it. As a novice, it's not intuitive to me that assembly style #1a would be for puree and #3b would be for grating cole slaw, etc.

I'm very unhappy with this product.

I bought this processor over a year ago from Amazon and still love it! It's mechanically simple to master and cleans up nicely - even in the dishwasher. Anyone who buys this won't regret it. The only problem I can forsee is ordering parts from Krups. Big pain in the neck because of the back order thing.

I bought this food processor solely based on the brand name reputation. And luckily I am not disappointed. I have used it twice so far - once to mash chick peas for falafel, and once to chop veggies, and the machine handled it very well.

The chopping was not a problem but I was afraid that the motor would not be able to handle the sticky chick peas. But it did thanks to its powerful electric motor.

This V70 Iron did not heat up to a consistent hot temperature and stay hot for a period of time. It shut off and cooled down when it wasn't in motion. I was disappointed right away in the performance of this iron in relation to the cost. ... I should of received a dependable and excellent quality iron, with safety built into the design. I did not get this. The iron did not heat up to a warm enough temperature to remove wrinkles from cotton work shirts without having to spray on water or starch on clothers. The iron consistently began cooling off if it was left untouched even in the upright position for over several minutes. The steam button released steam right up and onto my hand and wrist and lower arm with my ironing hand, which cause slight steam burns when ironing. Now my iron doesn't heat up and I purchased it less than 1 year ago. I would say I used this iron 25 - 30 times in a one year time frame. Used maybe 3 - hours at a time. Now the iron doesn't heat up at all. Truely a disappointment and a hassle to get this fixed. I called customer service they asked me to take it to a service repair location about 30 miles away and could not verify my service warranty card over the phone.

We iorn every piece of clothing for a family of six and thought we would try the Krups product after several Rowneta irons. Big mistake. Unreliable, uneven steam, spits, spills and is uncomfortable. Krups products support has been as bad.

I'm going out to get another Rowenta.

I am what you would call a mature lady so over the years I have had many irons and never been impressed with any of them I seemed to get through an iron a year! Then I purchased the Krups V70 by accident as it looked lonely on the shelf and it has been the best iron I have owned it is now in its 3rd year and still going strong but can I find one for my daughter-in-law, not one to be found anyway so has it been discontinued never to be seen again or can someone please find me one and put me out of my misery!

This is a very pricey iron, but worth every penny. It irons clothes more easily than any iron I've ever used--at every temperature, with or without steam. It automatically shuts itself off if inadvertently left on--a great worry saver. And, most outstandingly to me is the temperature guage--you always know when the iron has reached the temperature you want but, equally important, when you want to cool down to iron a more delicate piece, the iron sends you a warning flash until the iron has actually reached the appropriate cooler temperature. The savings in scorched clothing and in worry and frustration is enormous. I not only bought myself one, I bought one for my daughter. And I'm not a person who would normally spend this much money for such a product.
