I just got this item, and tried it out. WOW.....Works GREAT~! LOL~!!!! It is cheap plastic made in China gadget, but indeed cute little robot that does a work. Only down side is.....WHERE can I get a Refill Pads?? 48 Free Redemption??? The web site, phone number does not seems to exist. Whats up with that?? So, it only gets 3 stars. NOT FOR CARPET FLOOR, HARD FLOOR ONLY.

I bought this at BIG LOTS for only $4.88! Yes, it's true. I was so upset/disappointed that the "free replacement pads" phone number and website are down... not cool. I'm a skeptic and this WORKS! I'd have given it "5 stars" if they'd had a better customer service system at robomaid.com/phone number. But as far as the product goes, if you're thinking about getting, it's worth much more. Don't hesistate. You won't regret it~!

When my friend bought this little guy for me as a gift, I had to laugh, and was certainly skeptical. I have a large area of wood flooring, and two dogs, so dust and dog hair are a constant battle. The robomaid saves me from doing the floors daily, though doesn't replace a regular mop job or thorough cleaning. Considering that I don't mop or thoroughly clean nearly often enough, this guy has definitely made for a cleaner house. It has far exceeded my expectations, particularly for the price. Additionally, we've found a source for the replacement pads on ebay priced relatively reasonably, and also have found them on robomaid.com.

I was cutting up a pomegranate and accidentally sprayed my white shirt with it. (Never cut a pomegranate in a light-colored shirt!). I tried to use the stain remover that has removed wine stains before without a problem. It only made the pomegranate stain worse! I then remembered about a tube of Didi Seven that had been sitting in my laundry room but I had forgotten all about it. When I applied Didi Seven, the stain disappeared entirely within seconds!

I really liked this scale. It was used once a week in my kitchen. After about 6 months it just would not turn on. Got new batteries and still nothing.

This scale does its job well. The display is easy to read, units are easy to switch, and it seems very accurate. If the Lithium batteries happen to run out, it comes with an insert so that either Lithium button cells or a 9V battery can be used. Definitely a good scale at a good price from a respectable company.

I have noticed that in many cases, Amazon has failed to include the voltage used by electrical appliances. There are some cases where the voltage was stated, but no mention was made whether it can be switched to another voltage.

In this particular case, I couldn't decide whether to buy it because I cannot take the risk that it can be used in my country.

Voltage should be made a standard information for all electrical products on offer.

Quit working 2nd time turned on. Not only would not turn on, but rattled inside when shaken. BUY ANOTHER BRAND. Plus they charge for shipping when returning for warranty repairs.

We use it for our jewelry and glasses. I like it quite a lot since I don't have to worry about chemicals. Gets everything very clean and shiny.

I have the stainless version. I love it & find that I have less garbage as this compost goes right into my Green recycle at curbside.
