This DVD contains the bonus workout "minis" which are included on instructor Rodney Yee's Yoga Conditioning for Athletes DVD. Each of the six practices is designed for a different sport and has a particular pose focus. Here is a brief overview of each mini-practice:

1) Cycling (7.5 minutes)--starts with a cat/down dog/lunge series, moves into side angle pose, finishes on the floor for cobra and reclined leg stretch
2) Running (7 minutes)--begins with a hamstring stretch using a chair, does long holds of down dog, child's pose, and hero's pose
3) Tennis (8.5 minutes)--moves quickly through reclined twist and leg stretches then goes on to down dog
4) Swimming (8 minutes)--starts with two quick sun salutations, adding triangle, side angle, and wide-legged standing forwarnd bend; finishes with a back bend lying over a blanket
5) Golf (8 minutes)--moves from standing side bends into warrior 2, then goes to the floor for seated eagle arms, seated twist, and cobbler's pose
6) All-Sports (8.5 minutes)--starts with down dog and triangle, moves to the floor for reclined leg stretch and reclined cobbler's pose, finishes with relaxation pose over a bolster

Not only are these mini-practices ideal for the intended sports, but also they are wonderful for when you're short on time or want to customize your yoga practice. Despite the title, this DVD is appropriate for all yoga practitioners, not just athletes. However, given that Rodney Yee does not fully explain the postures, some prior familiarly with basic yoga poses would be beneficial. Highly recommended.

I keep looking at this poster, soaking up its dire implications. Incredible detailed--yet you can grasp the full sweep of modern history. Hang this on your wall and it may change the way you look at the world.

I bought it from another store, turned it on to toast it did nothing. Changed setting to bake and soon after it started to smoke. I smell a recall!

This toaster oven's timer is faulty - we were making toast, next thing we knew there was smoke bellowing out from it and the toast itself was on fire!!! With today's technology Oster should take more care in providing a toaster oven with an accurate timer. This oven almost started a house fire. I would not recommend this oven to anyone.

I bought this from Amazon.com right after the holidays. I must say I was leary after reading the negative reviews. However, it is one of the few that has a push-down button for the toaster like our old Black & Decker had. When I received the toaster I carefully and thoroughly read through the instructions. We burned the toast the first couple slices, but after that we have adjusted it to a good setting and have had good results since then. I have also baked some homemade fries in it and they came out fine. After looking in stores at numerous models, we had to turn the Black & Decker aside due to a very loud timer on their models. Too bad, because we liked their other features, but couldn't stand the loud "Neverland" ticking of the timer. We settled on the Oster 6235 because of the smaller footprint, sleek style and, as I said before, the separate toaster button. Yes, it does get hot on top and it should be given space around it - as any toaster oven should. If you read the directions thoroughly before operating, remembering to turn the rack over for toast (it raises it slightly higher from bottom burner element) and turn it back over for other cooking you shouldn't have any problems. Like all toaster ovens, they aren't the best for toast. If you want a great piece of toast, buy a toaster specific for the job. However, as an all-around type of 2nd oven, this does a good job. Just make sure you watch it carefully the first few times of use so you can learn to adjust to its cooking habits. It is not a toy and small children should not be able to reach it during operation.
