I wanted a Rowenta Iron because for more than several years friends had raved about them. I like to iron with copious amounts of steam and a very hot iron, and hoped I would get that from this iron. I bought the least expensive in the Rowenta line, which was likely my error. It is not much different from my former irons, all less expensive American makes. (This iron is made in Mexico - like most irons nowadays.) In addition, the way you see the water level is actually rather awkward. Nothing special about this model, and I would not recommend it. The one thing that I haven't tested is how long it will last - which only time will tell. In all, not worth the extra money.

This is a wonderful iron. It heats up fast and steams evenly. The one major design flaw is that after unplugging the iron, there is no way to wrap the cord around the iron and still be able to stand the iron on its end.

My brother and his wife have this iron. I used it while at their house. It was the best iron I have ever used! The iron glided over the cloth and steamed out the wrinkles so quickly. I was amazed. I can't wait to buy one for myself.

This is a great fondue pot -- heavy Le Creuset porcelain coated cast iron heats evenly, first on the stove (or in a hot water bath for chocolate), then maintains a good table temp once you move it to its own burner. At 2 quarts, it's big enough for a table full of party munchers, as a first course, a winter snack, a desert, or a main course.

Best of all, it cleans up easily like all the heavy Le Creuset -- staying crisp-clean so it looks brand new every time you use it.

My only reservation -- and it's a small one -- is that it doesn't come with its own made-to-fit trivit or table-protecting tray. First because there is no built in protection for the tabletop from the heat of the burner, and then because there is no extended surface to protect from drips. Of course, any trivit, lazy susan, or table cloth with fix these problems.

I've made 3 kinds of cheese fondue, and hot green chili queso dip, and a simple pot of chocolate fondue for sponge cake and fruit bites and the results were all simple and wonderful.

This is the worst steamer I've ever had. It would not heat up so the steam would come out and the top does not stay on.

God bless those pioneering women who had muscles like steel bands to crank a grinder handle for hours and the unexplained need to make meat mush from otherwise good meat. This has to be one of the worst retro-technology products that I have ever come across. From cutter blades that couldn't cut soft cheese without making fondue, it to parts that must have been cast from the thousandth recast of the original. Nothing fits well, nothing works well . . . in general it belongs where you see most of them, on a table at a garage sale with a $0.25 price tag. Don't waste your time, money or musclepower.

Bought this since it ships free, although it may cost less in other site, but shipping generally adds $15 to the final cost. It is a cast iron version with zinc coating. Washing is required since there is a lot of metal powder on the surface, used a pound of beef to make sure it is clean. It does a good job, 10 lbs of meat took less than 15 minutes. Cleaning is reasonable simple. we used to have an electric one, but the manual grinder is a lot better since it is easier to control the speed. If you only have a pound or so meat to grind, it is not worth the trouble. The home made ground pork and beef is so much leaner, you will never buy those from store again. Highly recommended

I bought this based on recommendations here. I assume the other reviewer's arrived without defect. On mine one of the four tubular steel legs was not bent to shape as the pthers were. It was effectively shorter than the others by about an inch making it far too wobbly for use unless I put something under that leg. They clearly have a quality control problem at the factory to ship this out. I therefore cannot recommend this item.

i was looking for an ironing board that's wide and sturdy, and that's exactly what i got. Good strong steel legs, does not wobble. That's most important to me because i have a toddler.

The Polder 5416-97 Essential Dual Leg Ironing Board is easy to lift and to fold. It stores neatly in small spaces. It's sturdy and will last a long time. The cover and pad is very colorful.

It really helps the presentation for serving fajitas. I would recomend buying more than one if you want to serve more than one person, or two light eaters. The pour spouts work great, and seasoning this was much easier than my Dutch oven.

It's a very nice set for the price. I always wanted the ones just like the restaurants and these fit the bill. They retain heat well and look great. The only thing that takes getting used to is the cleaning process so they won't rust but so far so good.

This is great for cooking fahitas on the grill . Great product Would recommend for all barbeque geeks lol!
