This pan is called the "Cornbread Festival" pan, but it can be used for so much more. Baking Cakes, cooking fish, pancakes, and omlettes. My mother used cast iron many years ago and I forgot how good it is. Cast Iron has quickly become my pan of choice, I now have a whole set.

This pan makes really good cornbread! Heat it up and grease it before putting in the batter and you'll end up with cornbread that is tender in the middle and has a nice crispy crust. The small booklet that comes with the set has some recipes that look interesting, but I haven't tried any yet, Highly recommended.

I recently got my ironing board, and I must tell you that is the best thing I ever had for ironing. It's size is adequate for ironing my shirts pant's etc. It's handy and doesnt take much space, I can place it inside my closet, and also take it with me on my trips.I really recommend this item to anyone interested in saving space while doing your job!

This product performed exactly as expected, and the Amazon price can't be beat especially if you can get free shipping with the deal. Cooking with cast iron is an old-fashioned idea but never goes out of style.

I can't tell you how happy I am to find the quality and craftmanship of my mother's cast iron pieces today!! I thought you just couldn't find that quality anymore so my hunt consisted only of flea markets and garage sales. I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase of the Lodge 7 quart dutch oven!! It rocks! I will defintely be purchasing more pieces. I was also pleasantly surprised that it was not difficult at all to season it myself. I was apprehensive getting the original finish, but with the instructions it was quite easy and fun to do myself. Thank you so much for these great products!!!!

Based on what I could see on a recent FoodTV episode of Good Eats, I bought the waffle iron that Alton was using. He DOES know what he's doing. This is a great waffler.

These waffles look like gourmet waffles. I just love this machine. Mix up your batter (the recipe is in the instruction booklet), heat up this waffle maker, spray a little Pam and pour in the batter. That is it! The waffles come out so cute and delicious I am sure you will love them. I top them with butter and maple syrup. It will look like you slaved in the kitchen for hours when you serve this breakfast. The nonstick finish is too easy to clean and it has several settings for light or darker waffles. Determine the setting you like best and the waffle tone sounds when they are done so you can multi task in the kitchen. And, it has cord storage underneath it, it even has a spot for the plug and you can store it upright to save space. I couldn't be happer with this waffle maker. A+A+A+A+A+A+A+A+

Also, if you make waffles or pancakes don't walk, run to Williams Sonoma and pick up the "Batter Dispenser" they have. It is about $35 and well worth every penny. Pour your batter in the dispenser and just squeeze the handle to dispense the perfect amount of batter. It works similar to a flour sifter. No mess, no drips and it is stainless steel and dishwasher safe, what could be better?
