The piece is basically a brush that collects all the hair on its bristles. I would say the brush is worth 2$ and that is all the product should be sold for. The electrical part of it is totally useless. There is the dirty job of removing hte hair from the bristles to clean. Very icky. Don't buy this.

This is ...well o.k.....I would not buy it again.....it seems akward to use....the pick-up is so..so.

The box came after 18 days with one side completely smashed in. One side of the plastic front was broken. No piece of styrofoam inside the box was in one piece... reason for the one star.

Will write a review once I get a replacement and have a chance to use it.

Cleans great, vacuums up the water poorly! After I was done cleaning my carpet, it was still very wet. I did follow the instructions- going over the damp carpet several times, but it still left it very wet. I pulled out my 10 year old Hoover (which still vacuums well, but the brushes stopped working), and went over the carpet, only using the vacuuming function; when I was done, it vacuumed up over a gallon of water- left in my carpet by the new Agility! I returned the Agility the next day. Still searching for a replacement of my old half-working Hoover.

I love this machine. It is easy to use, clean and store. It cleans out the worst pet messes from the carpet with ease (the "surge cleaning" puts out extra detergent at the press of a button). The convenient attachments allow easy deep spot and upholstery cleaning.

After the first week I owned this vacuum, the problems started adding up. First, the belt kept slipping off, and two belts broke within the first month. Then, the bearing on the brush roller gave out, not once, but twice. Spent close to 100 extra dollars fixing this vacuum when it broke, and now it's totally useless and the warranty has run out. Avoid buying this vacuum if you don't want a lot of extra expense and frustration!!

I made the mistake of going out and trying to save money, buy buying one of those $35-55 vacuums. It said on the box that it would do hardwood and carpet. It turned out to be a waste of money, and time. For the money, this vacuum is 550% better than what my family was using for only twice the money. With the attachments that really come in handy as well. I would think this would work just as well as a 250$ vacuum. Boss has done an excellent job in my book.

The only drawbacks I've found are the short hose for accessories, and it might be a bit heavy for smaller people, other than that it is a very good machine, especially for the price. The first time I used it I completely filled the canister in two rooms, and my wife is a neat freak, who had just vacumed with our old machine the day before. The air driven accessory power head was very good at removing cat hair, which surprised me, on wide soft surfaces you just have to pull away after a second to get the rpm up, sort of blotting the area. For a short rug or narrow surfaces it works just like an electric power head. The edge cleaning main power head is very wide, covering a floor very quickly, and does a good job in the corners, but can be a bit tricky around furniture and tight spaces. The accessories all store nicely on the frame, but I would recommend to the manufacturers to include a recoil system for the cord. The bagless cup was very easy to clean, and the filter seems to be pretty easy to clean or replace. I was pleasantly surprised to find the filters would last a year and are cheap to replace, reusable and washable. The duster is pretty easy to use, but the house was pretty clean to begin with so I can't say how effective it is.
Overall the product is very good, with a lot of extra features competitors in the same price range do not have. It is quiet, effective and an excellent buy, especially considering the price.

You can't see anything with the light unless you put your face up to the carpet (in which case you'd smell the pee anyway - so why buy the light??) and the spray certainly doesn't make the urine "disappear" as seen on tv -- which makes it all fraudulent advertising. Keep shopping.

I have tried every product on the market and this is the only one that actually makes the smell disappear. You need to darken the room, though, in order for the black light to work. Although you can usually smell where the urine is, the black light will actually show you the entire area that is marked with urine, as well as the smaller "splatter" spots surrounding it. If you don't treat everything that the urine has reached, then you won't get rid of the smell.
