Less Than Satisfactory
good sweeper-bad serviceThe Sweeper does an excellent job but....it died after 4-5 uses, I called customer service (India) and they gave me a step by step hocus pocus routine to "reactivate" the machine and assured me that would work after recharging for 24 hours. That didn't work, called again they said they would send a new battery...three weeks later no battery, called India again and was told the battery was on back order and it would be three more weeks....to be continued.....
Very happy with SharkIt really does the job, I have been using the Shark for over a year now and as long you maintain it, it will last, just anything else. Also the battery went bad the first six months, called customer service and they sent me another one FREE and FREE shipping.
All in All a very good product. Would recommend it.

Gave it One Star Only Because ZERO STARS NOT AN OPTIONThis is junk. J-U-N-K I bought two because the product sounded so good. One will not work at all. It has never generated any steam (and I used distilled water.) The second one will generate steam at a lower than expected pressure for about 1-3 seconds at a time and then you have to wait 10 - 15 seconds for it to regenerate. It's benefits are mimimal at best. The TV commercial obviously does not use the same unit as sold, since continuous steam is simply not possible. I tried to clean the magnetic seal around my microwave oven's door. Since there is just 1-3 seconds of steam I could heat only about 1 - 4 inches of the seal, and then I would wipe off the water. I would then wait for steam to regenerate and repeat this process. After several minutes the seal was barely cleaner than when I began, and certainly no cleaner than it would have been had I simply wiped it down with a damp rag (which would have been much quicker.) If it had generated 10-15 seconds of steam at a time it might be useful, but as it works now I won't waste my time with it again. The results are no better than you would achieve wiping the surface with a warm wet rag (without cleaning solution), which obviously is not sufficient for most cleaning situations. I will be returning my units. It is sad to say, but Euro-Pro is simply ripping off consumers and somebody should put a stop to it.
not for big cleaning jobsHas many uses for the imaginitive mind. It does produce steam. Pressure isn't very powerful. Becomes a warm mist if you hold your hand 1 feet away from the end of the nozzle. It is hot at the very tip of the nozzle. If you only use the item without the accessories, note that just steam by itself won't clean most things. It works better is you use the attachments like the small scrubber. I originally bought this item to clean my webber grill. Needless to say, it didn't work out very well. Without the attachment, you can see it slightly pushing the grease around but that's about it. There's not enough water or water pressure to wash away the grease. The small reservoir of water and the time it takes to cool down doesn't make this item ideal for large cleaning jobs, such as cleaning a grill. While it's not ideal for grease, it does work. Such as cleaning dirt or bathroom grit. A bigger water reservoir and more water pressure is needed. Although I think euroshark has a better steamer on the market. Note, make sure to drain all the water in the steamer before you re-fill it. Also for cleaning you might want to try spraying a cleaning solution to the area before steaming to loosen any dirt or debris. If you are going to try to clean grease, you'll need to spray a jet of water or wipe the area with a cloth after you steam it. Otherwise all the grease and dirt will remain there, just slighty more wet from the steam.
Steam AwayGreat Steamer. Would like to have Squeegie a little wider, but I am enjoying it.

Doesn't do rugs!Really! This vacuum states that it is best for a house with mostly hard surfaces and some rugs or carpet. But it doesn't do rugs at all! No matter how short the pile, even a no-pile braided cotton rug, the beater stops working as soon as you touch down. A smaller rug, like an area rug, just gets sucked up so hard it lifts it off the ground. If you have 100% hard surfaces or very short pile wall-to-wall carpet, it's fine. If you have any scatter or area rugs, it's a disaster. I disliked it so much, I returned it and am out $60 because of it. Be advised, the company I ordered from, Ace Digital, doesn't take returns on vacuums. I had to argue my way thru that. I will NEVER again order a vacuum on line.
good suction, quiet , a bit heavyPros:
Good performance so far.
Quiet.
Well built.
Cons:
Don't really like the 'remote' buttons on the handle (make the handle more prone to break , then the vacuum is unusable as there is no switch on the vacuum itself.... )
A bit heavy when you have stairs.

Outstanding, quiet, we bought two!My DH did a lot of research on vacuums, looking at the Dysons, the consumer reports best buys (Kenmores), uprights vs. canister to replace our trusted top of the line Hoover bagless upright vacuum.
We don't have pets but do have two asthma sufferers in the household so a good vacuum is important to us. We also wanted something stylish enough that it is nice to look at even when left out in our 130 year old home -- we have an infant who tends to be quite messy so do vacuum around his high chair daily.
The Oxygen 3 is an amazing vacuum. It is very quiet, very light (half the weight of the comparable Consumer Reports best buys, a useful feature for stairs) and extremely stylish. The air that comes out is incredibly clean.
We have a three story house so decided to go with two vacuums, one for the first floor, one for the upper floors. If you do the math, you'll find that a three year supply of bags and filters cost in a busy household cost approximately the same as one new vacuum, so getting a couple of vacuums in which to place all those bags was a smart choice to DH (...)
The vacuum is very sophisticated... it has electronic controls in the handle which make it easy to turn off and on, a blue light in the main foot to show its getting power, and automatic sensors that tell you its working optimally. The results are impressive... deep cleaning of carpets, clean floors, and a dust-free environment. The cord rewind is very smooth, activated simply by putting the handle away. The tools snap neatly into the main arm for easy access.
Its so quiet that the baby thinks its his new toy and loves it when we use it. DH loves it because I used to make him do the vacuuming due to my asthma, but now I can do it myself as well.
The bags and HEPA filter are more expensive compared to the bagless models, but the reality is changing them is a much less messy process and contributes to much cleaner household air. It uses a standard clinic S-bag common to all Electrolux models in recent years so finding replacements is easy (ditto for the W13 Hepa filter, again an Electrolux standard).
The only difference between this model and the Ultra is the foot attachment, and since this one is powered as well and works on all surfaces it was hard for us to justify the extra $100, especially given how light this one is.
Finally, I should add that every other week I have a professional housekeeper come in. She was so impressed with the vacuum she is going to order one herself.

bad vacuumI don't understand the good reviews for this vacuum. I bought this here on Amazon based on the positive feedback. Man, did I make a mistake. This vacuum was a huge disappointment! I have two cats, and expect a vacuum to work properly and suck up the hairs around the house. The main part did not work well. I had to use the hose the whole time. Also, cleaning this vacuum is a dusty nightmare. Buyers Beware!!!!
Not that greatI just had one replaced recently from Bissell. My first one worked okay a few times then it got really hot and started to smell like something was burning. I had it for less than 6 months. I replaced the belt, which was not that easy to get to.
Cleaning all of the filters are somewhat of a hassle, especially when the main one in front gets stuck and you can't get the canister out. The dust will shoot out of the back, regardless so you go over and over the same spot and the indicator light never comes on to let you know that area is clean.
It is bulky, hard to maneuver, quite heavy and the long cord can be a deterent instead of an asset.
Considering I got mine on sale after Christmas and seeing the price here, I would never have bought this unit or this brand.
But the people at Bissell are nice and they do work with you.

I love this Vacuum! I got the order much faster than they had quoted.
Its a good price and it has a lot of power.
The only downside I could say it has is that you really need to clean out the filters (there are three) about every 2-3 times you use the vacuum. This wasnt a big deal to me though...
Lightweight, cool attachments.

Fair vacuum, but not worth the priceMy previous vacuum, a Eureka Boss, just wasn't getting my old shag carpeting clean enough. So after reading the reviews here, I decided to spring for this Bissell upright. It was quite a bit more than I had paid for the Eureka, but if I got the performance I expected it was worth it. Well, after figuring out how to assemble the thing, on my first use it sprayed dust and dirt all over itself - and the floor. The attachment hose does double duty as the route from the floor to the bag, and you have to REALLY jam the hose in tightly (beyond what I was able to do, and I'm not a weak person). In fact, in order to push the vacuum you have to have incredible upper body strength - I keep it on the High Carpet setting and still struggle by the end of my 12x16 living room. Due to the wheel width, the edge cleaning is virtually non-existent. The Turbo Brush attachment works wonders on pet hair covered upholstery, though. And it does do a decent cleaning job on my carpets, with a nice wide cleaning path. So if you want to build some major upper body strength, and don't care if the edges of your carpet get dusty, then this is the machine for you.
Great VaccumI bought this vaccuum after doing a lot of research and reading plenty of reviews. I must say all of my research paid off, this was a great buy. The name speaks for itself, PowerGlide, this vaccum glides right cross my carpet surface. I LOVE IT. I also must commend Amazon for the good delivery time.
Impressive!I'm delighted with this vacuum cleaner. I recently got a cat and wanted to keep the pet hair under control. I thought I would have to spend at least twice as much money (probably more!) to get this much suction. It pushes just fine across the carpet (even on low setting) and seems to do a good job. The real benefits are the attachments. The hose has fantastic suction and they weren't kidding when they called it a turbo brush. I wouldn't use it on anything delicate, but it's great for regular upholstery. I used the dusting attachment on my lampshades and was impressed. I also wanted a bagged vacuum (less mess... which is the point of cleaning!), which seem to be harder to find these days. The downsides are that it's sorta hard to get the hose out of it's holder and it's a little heavy. But overall, I would definitely recommend this vacuum, especially if you're looking for good attachment suction. And only $80!!

not particularly hoti just got this steamer, hoping to blast away dirt and grease "with the power of steam" (per the infomercial). Instead I got luke warm smoke and spit sputtering out the nozzle. I don't know if the steam cools down on the way out, but the steam was not hot, and the grease stayed put (though it did become wet).
With your money, just buy some 409.

Scunci Steam CleanerIt was with much excitement that I purchased this steam cleaner. The excitement quickly wore off when it wouldn't remove the mildew in my shower or the soap scum on the doors. It also failed to remove mold in the crevice of my kitchen tile. This was just routine cleaning and it couldn't handle it.
The only item this cleaned well was my bbq grill, and it did do that well.
If you are going to buy one don't. If you own one sell it, take the money to Target and buy yourself some nice harsh chemicals.

Doesn't work miraclesThis isn't the most amazing tool I've ever used, but it does help with some tough cleaning problems.

Dont buyOur vacuum broke just after the one year warranty. And even before that we were unhappy. It's loud, bulky and doesnt work well on thick carpets. Dont believe Consumer Reports. Stay away from this piece of plastic garbage.
Too many belts, not worth it.I've had this vacuum for some time and bought it in part based on the reviews posted here. The vacuum was for the most part as advertised except that the floor/carpet switch hardly gets used. The Hose to Brush switch is useful but the hose accessories are poorly designed and fall off their holding bins. The vacuum has great suction and power but is somewhat noisy, not airplane runway but def not purring. Finally, I have to regularly buy new belts, the slightest snag and the belt tears slightly making it unusable. I have changed my rating to two stars, take your chances, maintaining this one is a bitch...
Does a good jobThis vacuum does a great job on carpets and hardwood floors. It gets up muddy paw prints (once dried) that my other vacuum wouldn't touch.

OK for the PriceI purchase this unit for doing spot cleaning in the house and the floor mats of the cars/truck. I had to put the unit into action shortly after it arrived when I knocked over a can of Code Red MD soda trying to answer a phone the other afternoon. The unit required a little assembly, but it only took a couple of minutes. I could pretty much assemble and operate the unit without really needing to read the manual. It goes together well and is easy to see how to fill the hot water from your sink (no on board heater) and where to put the soap. I was able to clean the up the red soda with no trouble. I went ahead and cleaned more the carpet in the house. The unit operated well and did a pretty good job. I got a little carried away with spray so it took overnight to dry. It is completely controllable; I just used the trigger a little too much. The basic brush and the small upholstery brush all worked well.
The reason that I did not give the unit five stars was because the water can cool quickly since you fill it at the tap and the installation of the water tank can cause some water to be released from the values on the bottom if you do not have it aligned correctly as you and installing it after filling. I cannot compare it to a professional unit since I have not rented one in years, but this unit is a lot easier to operate since it is all on unit and it ready when you are, especially if you spill something in the living room while the wife is out shopping. Overall I like the unit and it is a good value for the money.

Cleanest carpet ever! Great results. Great investment. We have light colored carpet, one child, and a dog. Unless I wanted to pay a professional to clean the carpet on a regular basis, this Hoover Steam Vac was the only way to keep my carpet clean. I was THRILLED with the results the first time I used it and it still works well 3 years later. It is AMAZING (and disgusting, actually) to see the dirty water that comes from the bucket after you use it. But the other reviewers are correct in that the solution tank did start leaking so you will need to pay about $40 for a new one. But at least it is only leaking CLEAN water and not the dirty water which would have been totally unaceptable. Mine started leaking water after about a year and eventually had to be totally replaced after about two years (in between that time I would just make sure I ran the machine over the carpet more often than before to suck up any of the leaked clean water). Recommend you use the hottest water you can get from your faucet for the best clean because there really isn't any "steam" as the name implies. But for about $300 I think it was well worth the price. You would pay a LOT more than that to have your carpet done by professionals a few times. And since most household appliances and electronics need to have parts replaced after a while I don't see that as a big deal. I use it two to three times a month and would not want to be without it!
Carpet cleanerThe carpet cleaner was easy to set up and use, worked well, and did a good job on the carpets. It also sucked out the water so that the carpets dried quickly. We are quite happy with it.

Wonderful Spot RemoverI had no idea how good this product is. It came with the vacuum cleaner so I figured I would use it on a mess my cat left after coughing up a hairball. The Dyzolv completely removed the stain. This was not the first haiball the cat had coughed up. Previously I used some other spot remover I had. It didn't do as good a job as the Dyzolv. Since then the cat has coughed up more hairballs and everytime the Dyson Dyzolv removes the stain. That is why I purchased two more bottles.
Amazing! This stuff is amazing. I recently bought a dyson vacuum cleaner, and it came with a free bottle of the Dyzolv.
I came home yesterday afternoon to find that one of my three cats had knocked a can of coke off the counter and onto the carpet. It was spread over a four foot area and I decided to give the Dyzolv a shot.
It not only removed the stain with hardly any effort or scrubbing... but it also left no trace of the stain (as most other cleaners seem to do). It costs a bit more than other cleaners, but MUCH MUCH less than replacing carpet that might previously have been considered uncleanable. :o)

AMAZINGThis cleaner will get out ANYTHING. New and very old stains are no problem. I have tried everything on these multiple spots that were left by the previous owner. 4 years later, this stuff, take them out in just one small application. AMAZING is the only word that I can use to describe this cleaner.
It will take out dirt, oil, grease, wine, mold, blood,.....ANYTHING and only in one application!

Powerful, but uses lots of electricityThis fan is well built and puts out a very powerful stream of air in one direction. It is large and very heavy weighing about 35 pounds but it has wheels and a telescoping handle that is easy to move around if you don't have to climb stairs. Basically it has a big heavy motor that turns a squirel cage fan by direct drive (no belt). I measured the power consumption and it uses 450 watts on high, 420 mid, and 400 low. That is more power than the blower in the forced air furnace in many houses. I gave it 4 stars because it is bigger and more powerful than I will ever need and even low is loud and too powerful. It would of been better if high was 450 watts, middle was 350 and a quieter and more economical low of 250.
Speeds reversed on control knobThis Air Mover seems to work very well and I like the handle as it makes it easier to maneuver. The weird thing tho, is that on the control knob, the fan blows at Medium Speed when on HIGH and the fan blows at High Speed when the control knob is at MEDIUM. Someone must have wired it incorrectly. We won't be sending it back because of the hassle. We'll just use it as-is.
Industrial strengthIndustrial strength, great quality. If you need to move air this is the baby. Unbelievable value for the money.
Unfortunately, the complaints about this product are absolutely correct - the battery is lousy. Almost from the moment the initial 24 hour charge was complete, the sweeper rarely had enough power to do more than one daily cleanup (which requires less than 5 minutes) without an overnight charge. Then, over time, the battery on the Shark takes less and less of a charge and within a surprising short amount of time it won't take a charge at all. So, when the first one stopped working, I bought a second one, and when it stopped working I bought the newer version, this product - the 13-inch, 3 speed model.
Even though I can afford to buy yet another one, I'm fighting the urge, because whether or not you can afford to buy another one should not be the issue. It's a defective product. People like me who keep buying a defective product only encourage manufacturers to keep on making them.
