I own this and the Delta triangle shaped unit. This one is far quieter and easier to change the filters on. On start up, the Delta blows more dust out than collects unless you take it apart and clean the filters which is obvious but.....this is a huge pain because on the Delta you have to unscrew the ends to change out the filter bags. On the Jet, you have a pre-filter that snaps out real easy on the side without the use of tools. (not shown in the picture) You can buy new ones, or blow it off and use it again.
I take mine to job sites where I need to cut inside for trim work. Great for MDF and it shows how well it works on the pre-filter at the end of the day. It makes room clean up that much easier.
I still wear a mask or respirator while cutting, but in 8 or 10 minutes I can take it off and install the cuts.

I have even taped a length of 10" flex air duct to it and dropped it out of a window to prevent the cyclone affect in the room.
Easier shape to pack, nice handle and real quiet on high speed. Simple and efficient. I may even buy another and sell my Delta!

This is an excellent little kit for use of your Shop-Vac. You can get into crevices and the smallest areas of your John Deere tractor without damaging anything. Can be used on electronic equipment, too.

To use this you need Shop-Vac 906-85-00 2.5" to 1.25" Conversion Unit. Imagine the suction of your Shop-Vac pulling through the tip the size of a pencil! That gives you an idea of the cleaning ability you can get with this add on kit. We had broken glass from a shattered windshield of our van - in the heater ducts, the recessed speaker enclosures, EVERYWHERE! We used the micro kit in conjunction with our regular size Shop Vac and were able to get all of the glass from these hard to reach places. You can regulate the suction by how close or far away you hold it from the item to be cleaned. Extraordinarily functional for all kinds of needs.

My wife got me a micro cleaning set for Christmas two years ago. Since then, I've found it is one of the handiest tools in my shop. Simply put, it makes my shop vac much more useful. I can get into tight places and concentrate the suction power of my vac in a way that I couldn't possibly do otherwise. Before changing the spark plugs in my truck, I used the micro cleaning tools to suck out all the dirt and debris around the old plugs, which otherwise would have fallen into to the engine. I've used it to clean out tools and electronics equipment, and I have found it works great for doing a thorough cleaning of my car's interior. I've even used it to clean all the gunk out my chainsaws! I've been so happy with it that my wife is giving kits to her father and two brother-in-laws for Christmas this year.

I took a chance on this vacuum even though it didn't review that well in tests conducted by a national consumer review magazine. What little real-world feedback I could find on the internet was positive though, and the price was quite reasonable for a 12-amp upright vacuum.

I used the vacuum on two rooms in my house with medium-pile carpeting. The Panasonic did surprisingly well considering the average size, lighter-than-usual weight and cost. It picked up quite a bit more dirt than my previous vacuum did.

I don't think this Panasonic is the best vacuum available, which is why I'm giving it four stars. But I do think it's probably one of the best vacuum cleaners you can find at this price point. If this model fits your needs and budget, give it a try!

Pro: I bought this for my wife because she wanted a mug to keep her coffee warm for hours and because it looked more heavy-duty than the cheap one I have. This product does this well. The stainless shell is fine and should last.
Con: The lid is flimsy and a little awkward to drink around. As far as cleaning, it could be a better design - make it a welded all-stainless cup with no sealing ring! But I agree with another who said that a tiny amount of dishwasher detergent and some hot water will go a long way toward keeping it clean.
Summary: A little pricey, could be a better design, but my wife loves it!

Pros: it will keep your drinks warm for hours even without preheating; will also keep your drinks inside the mug as long as you don't turn it horizontal. This mug is not totally leakproof so don't expect it to be. It really isn't too hard to clean, but I wouldn't put it in the dishwasher.

Cons: It retains smells like crazy and they won't come out. Coffee flavored tea anyone? The white gasket inside does collect gunk and is responsable for the smell. The cap, while ok, could be designed a lot better and feels cheap and plasticy.

If you want a mug that keeps your drink warm for a few hours and aren't afraid of cleaning it out by hand every time you use it, then this should work fine. Don't expect much else though.

If you have a problem keeping it clean, fill the mug with hot water and put a Tea-spoon of dishwasher detergent(Cascade, etc.) into the mug and let it sit for several hours. This will clean the ring and make the stainless steel look almost new. Remember you must do this at lest twice a month to keep it that way...Good luck it worked for me and I've had my Nissan travel mug for over 11 years now. I got mine at Sharper Image when I first visited Honolulu, Hi. for a business trip...

I have been wanting to purchase a foodsaver for many years but thought the price tag was too high. So I found this model on sell here at amazon.com. I bought 2 units one for my mom and the other for me. At first, I was amazed at the great deal with the bags, canister, and overall apperance. Well after two weeks of seldom use, I've noticed that some bags were not air tight. After a few days, you could easily tell that the bag was leaking air. I noticed that my mother's model had a canister that failed to hold a seal. Well three days ago, my motor just shut down and continues to make a mumbling sound. Seldom use!!
Amazon.com shipped me another one and I sent the defective back. They are awesome! BTW, Kmart sells the bags and accessories

I'm glad I waited for the price on this to come down. It has worked very well for me, from bagging chicken, fish, venison and other food items. I'm sure any complaint is true for all of these products (having to get the bag exactly flat so as not to leak, etc.)

Seals very well, it looks great on the counter, not as big as some others I have seen which is good since counter space is always limited. You do have to put a little effort to close so this is not good for someone with arthritis. This comes with a whole lot of bags, a canister, and the canister sealer. I actually took the extra rolls and pre-cut and sealed one side for convenience. Make sure you make them a little bigger than you think, it takes up an inch on either side for the seal and you can reuse the bags after you cut them, just wash them on the top rack of the dishwasher. "I love purple girl" was right about using mason jars, make sure you get the wide mouth ones. I pre-slice my veggies for the week (which I used to put in zip locks and go through the bags every week) and seal them in the jars. It is also good for storing coffee, lentils, spices, brown sugar, and leftover sauces. Anything long term goes in the freezer. (freeze and seal some fresh pesto during the summer so you won't get killed on basil prices during the winter) This appliance makes for very quick cooking with pre-making portion sized meals. Definitely do not think this tool has limited uses, search the internet for tips and there are many different things you can use it for.
